Square Pizza — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst pizza experience ever Customer service is really bad here, We ordered for 2 non-vegetarian pizza and received a veg and one non veg pizza instead.Called square pizza immediately to tell them about it their reply was more over shocking they said "You must have orders a veg pizza and non veg pizza".After reading this review I don't think any one of you will order from here for the courages people who do want to order make sure you record your phone call or in person make sure you tell the counter guy to right the order down before placing it, cause these guyz have some serious 👂ing issues....

Coming to ward the pizza that was order taste wise it was the worst pizza that we had eaten till date.... I) There was no pizza sauce at all on both the pizza that we ordered the base was completely dry just imagine a pizza with just cheez and topping... Worst nightmare.. (The proof is below)

II) Coming to the non-vegetarian pizza I would prefer to call it non veg dry pizza, first I taught the topping on the Pizza were not visible to our naked 👀 going to see there were barely any topping on it.. Now just imagine a pizza with no sauce some cheez and with minuscule about of topping... What a disaster only pizza lovers can understand.

III) Lastly the Veg dry pizza had more topping that the non-vege dry I was shocked but after eating it I realize that the mushroom on the Pizza was stale and the jalapeno was expired so square pizza taught why should we through it instead let's put some extra topping and make our customers happy... What an idea Sirji..

If you still wish to order from Square pizza and try your luck make sure you tell them to repeat your order at least twice and confirm, tell them to add fresh topping and lastly tell them to add some...

Square pizza is a small little pizza joint located at Marol. They offer pizza s shaped into a square and not a circle which is so unique about this place.

They have alot of offers on the pizzas n sides 1 of which uncle BOGO offer on the large pizza anytime of the day and everyday. Pizza here are inexpensive specially if u use the BOGO offer.

The pizzas here are in a square so automatically u get a bigger quantity that the normal round shaped pizzas. 1 pizza is enough 2 fill upto 3 people.

Their cheese burst pizzas are amazing filled with melted cheese. Most recommend.

They also have unique toppings n which are loaded over the pizza. They also serve pork toppings over the pizza.

We had the Barbeque Chicken garlic bread and their Garlic bread supreme. This was loaded with toppings n very tasty. We also ordered the Chef's special pizza, Chicken supreme pizza and Meat lovers pizza. In the cheese burst option we had the chicken lovers pizza n the meats. this was oozing with hot melted cheese n so filling. Overall very good place n I definitely recommend you to try it. Most suitable for delivery.

This is such a pathetic place (Full of Waste) when it comes to ordering from Mobile app. I placed an order from my mobile app and the payment is made. When I called the outlet to confirm the order Mr. Rinku Rana (If I am not wrong with the name), tells me that the area is not serviceable. But on my mobile app it shows that it is serviceable. On top that Mr. Rinku Rana is arguing that I should complain to website guys about this.

When I asked for restaurant manager Mr. Rakesh Sharma (Please correct me if I am Wrong with the name), he said that he is not available. Guys, you are such big loosers that you don't even use some good reasons to hide your inefficiency. Pathetic bunch of loosers running this place. On top of that, they cancelled my order as well without even discussing anything further. Also the guy name Rana said that the refund will be done in 2 days where as the message clearly states that it will be done in 7 to 10 working days.

People, trust me, there are better place to order pizza from other than this place on...
