Hotel Golden Palms — Hotel in Mumbai

I had an absolutely awful experience with Hotel Golden Palms and would strongly advise against booking with them. My family and I made a reservation well in advance for our vacation, only to find out upon arrival that our booking had been canceled without any prior notice or explanation.

The lack of communication from the hotel was shocking. We were left stranded with no place to stay, scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined the first day of our trip.

To make matters worse, when we contacted the hotel to understand why this happened, the staff was unapologetic and offered no compensation or assistance. It was clear they didn’t value their guests or take responsibility for their mistakes.

Overall, Hotel Golden Palms failed on every level—customer service, reliability, and professionalism. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. This was by far the worst hotel experience...

I had a very bad experience at this hotel ,only because of the staff ,the staff of this hotel is extremely arrogant and their attitude is as they are like the owner. The owner of the hotel was outstation but very cooperative however I contacted and told him that I'm not getting any of the services like the gizer is not working , the television isn't functioning so he assured me to solve my issues,however it was done. I was here with my family and as I'm a business man I roam many states and various hotels and resorts but this hotel was a disappointing experience for me....feel sad for the owner of the hotel as he is not aware of his staff behavior towards...

Avoid Golden Palms Hotel - Horrible Experience

This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The receptionist, Arshad, is extremely rude and unhelpful. They don’t even provide basic amenities like water in the room. Worse, they don’t change the bedsheets—old guests leave, and the same dirty sheets are reused. It’s disgusting.

The place is filthy, and hygiene is non-existent. I had to check out early because it was unbearable. To top it off, the staff is impossible to reach, and MakeMyTrip’s team hasn’t been able to resolve anything despite numerous attempts.

Avoid this place...
