Have added Butterscotch Cake photos from last year 2023 and current year 2024. The broken cake is 2024s. Firstly both the years the cake didn’t taste like butterscotch. In the picture they have shown praline but in the actual there is no praline added which is mandatory in butterscotch cake otherwise it’s just a vanilla cake. I had even put instructions to make it just like they have shown in the picture with praline decoration, still not followed. Secondly they didn’t deliver the cake in proper condition. Had worst experience.. I had ordered cake through zomato At first the order was accepted, later the lady owner calls and says to change the order since she did not have the cake or asked me to cancel the order saying the refund will be processed which ofcourse was not going to be processed because she asked me to cancel the order from my end and somehow I got scammed as she said she had no option to cancel the order from her site. I bought a blueberry cake on 25th of July 2023 which was priced INR 400 it tastes really nice hence I visited the shop once again & ordered same cake on 13th August 2023 & paid 500 for the same.

I asked the guy on counter that I paid INR 400 for the same cake but he told me the price is INR 500 since long time. The recent cake they gave me was only cream & icing on the solid biscuit like surface which tastes awful.
