Hotel Hilton Suites — Hotel in Mumbai

Fraudulous hotel||This is the first time I have ever written a poor review, but be aware when booking this hotel. We had booked and payed for two deluxe rooms. When arriving at the premises in the late afternoon one of the rooms was not available. After an hour of waiting and completing forms the room was still not available. At our return to the hotel after midnight we needed to fill in again other papers before being able to go to bed and 1 of the rooms they gave was a budget room instead of a deluxe room. The next day we asked a refund because the room we received was obviously a budget room which costed 20 euro less. Although we had proof from booking (exact room was posted on the booking website as a budget room) the hotel declared that it was a deluxe room, even when all the comodities that were printed on booking were not present and the room size was the same size as a budget room (9m2 instead of 13m2). On top of that the hotel still did not provide us our change of 200 rupies (we needed to pay cash as card was not possible), during check in it we were informed that the change would be provided in the evening at our return. After 2 days of asking for our change and a refund, the receptionist payed at the end the change out of his own pocket (so the 200 rupies). The refund of 20 euro for the room was not reimbursed. We found bed bugs and cockroaches in the room, the sheets looked white and clean but after flipping over we found several of the critters. This aside, we moved to another room and it looked better. Bigger and worst then this tho, we are from usa and clearly look like tourists. When asking the front desk if they wash clothes and what the cost was, they said yea we wash clothes, and no there is no charge. We used google translate so we confirmed no miscommunication. After giving them 20 articles of clothes, 24 hours later they brought it back to us THEN asking for 2300 Rupees, this is almost same cost we are paying to stay at the hotel!! They clearly saw we are not from around here, and did what they can to scam us. If it was going to cost this amount, we would have happily washed them ourselves with the bucket provided in the bathroom. The management here at this hotel is a scam, they lied to our faces, and truly give The Hilton Brand Name an awful bad name. Absolute Shame On You Hotel Hilton Suites. Hilton Suites, Andheri (West) in Amboli, MUMBAI is absolutely third class accommodation. We booked 4 so called“ super deluxe” rooms (4th floor) for 10 individuals, 9 adults and 1 child. Upon checking in, we were moved to the Blackburn Hotel on the 5th floor. The 4 rooms did NOT in any way, classify as being called super deluxe; they were extremely small, the bed sheets did not look clean and fresh, the staff were unprofessional and our overall experience was hopeless. The staff had a shouting match with another customer at 6am (yes; early in the morning) had double booked in an attempt to try to make money on the side and this further added to our misery. The ACs were on a default self switch off mode and the unruly staff could not get this to work; despite 3 attempts. No food is served throughout the day. An EXTREMELY disappointing experience, would NOT recommend this location to anybody as the Hilton name and brand is being shamelessly abused.
