Subway Andheri West — Restaurant in Mumbai

we ordered food from this outlet, precisely, 2 subs. one of them was paneer tikka, the paneer came freezing cold. we ordered parmesan oregano as the bread and they sent us honey oats in both(if they were running short of parmesan oregano, they could have called. the last time i ordered from another outlet and they ran out of the bread, they called to inform). apart from this, it tasted pathetic, we had chosen olives for the sub and we did not get it at all. we had clearly not chosen tomatoes and cucumbers and the subs had nothing but these. they literally sent us exactly what we did not want. we further tried to call the outlet but they didn't even pickup the call. this is disgusting subway, shame on you, i know you want to take maximum advantage of the fact that you have to deliver therefore we can't see how you prepare it but atleast give us what we're paying for. the food wasn't worth a penny. I'm never suggesting subway...

Google should start 0 star ratings as well this outlet doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst customer service ever! The staff here is very unprofessional. They would never listen to you always busy gossiping among themselves. They don’t bother listening to what you want in you subway. The guy took en eternity to prepare my subway because he was busy talking to other employees and still got the order wrong! First they take so much time to prepare that too (wrong) order then behave very rudely. I think their price list is revised they charged a lil too extra for my wrap which was available to order online at literally almost half the price quite shocking. They seriously need to train...

I am happy and very happy eating at all the subway outlets, I feel veggies are my long time love at this place only may be because of their sause, mayo and other dressings. Bread is also darling, wide range and favorite is multigrain and oats. Cookies are not that healthy but tempting, so can have cheat day once. Salads are filling and joy. This specific outlet shares space with a cake shop so it's ok, as they have lot space to seat outside i.e outdoor sitting with comfortable space and atmosphere. One bad thing AC in outlet never works with is irritating many times. Have almost tried all options...
