Hotel Riva International - Near Nesco Center — Hotel in Mumbai

I booked hotel though I travel all over India with five star hotels and above so or lesser category..this is worst class in my life ...No water in bathroom at day time evening time ..no response proper from staff...no service in room cleaning after having been informed to staff but Kake of staff communication or laziness kf main staff they don't bothered about to give room service .today when I came back from my work late night my room was not cleaned as it is when I asked staff there were circulated bluffness of his staff ..mujhe isne nahi vataya tha ki room saaf karrna hai ... this time no tv channel ecen thoughvthere is no rain but tv is not working they charged 2200/_ per day without breakfast .when i asked for tv they simply replied because of rain but here is no rain Pl donot enter here being good humanbeing ...it's better to stay in Dharmshala ...I marked 0/10

Now I forgot and left my Aadhar card they even not returned to my resi I hv many times,days follow up I m ready to pay courier charges but not replied...

I've been travelling for 23 years and this is the worst hotel in my entire life that I've experienced. Don't be deceived by seeing the pictures of this hotel, as the pictures are not real. It's not even worth staying for 1000 Rs per night. I can write 100s of bad about this hotel starting from cleaness, staff rudeness, no value of money, full of cochroaches and insects, dirty bedsheets, bad smell in entire room, smoking smell everywhere and bad behaviour staffs. This hotel impacts the reputation of MMT. The area of the hotel is in the middle of slum area. Never ever stay in this slum hotel. They give 1000 Rs discount than MMT price because since you will know the real scenario of this hotel. Management and MMT should take this review seriously to help customer's like me being scammed, especially after long journey. This hotel is worth for not even single star. My money worth 5k...

Hello, We stayed in the hotel Riva international, and had a bad experience here. The followings points we highlighted here. A worst hotel is this, not reliable to stay here with family.

1. We booked here another extra room with gentle room, they sold it before we checked in it. and we both person stay in a hostel room of this hotel, they charged 1500 extra of it's.
2. Food quality marks was 10 out of 100.
3. Cleaning = 0% they had not changed a bad sheet also from last 3 days. atmosphere inside room was too much stinky.
4. Insects like cockroach , ant were moving on bad and in bathroom and in cup board also.
5. Inspite of many reminders they send towel for bath, Breakfast and other.
6. the area around this hotel was not good, we faced a terrible experience in front of main gate of the hotel at night time in this area..

A bad experience here. not...
