Very unhygienic serving of food and the brownie me and my family were served had a dead cockroach next to it. The owner was very arrogant and rude and refused to accept the mistake. He told us on the reservation call that the charge would be 650 per person for non veg but while billing it was 850. He refused to accept his mistake and charged us extra money despite the dead cockroach issue. There is even CCTV of my mom spitting the dessert on the table after seeing the dead cockroach on the brownie plate and the staff acknowledged this yet did not inform the owner on call. The owner refused to believe this and my mom out of frustration left the restaurant after clearing the full bill. This is so not done very unprofessional and such a bad experience. Highly recommend not having food here they have no respect for their customer and food handling is a joke to the owner. The poor Staff did all they could but ultimately it is the owner who chose rate over respect. A big letdown👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I don't care if this has happened before or after. All I know is that I have eaten that dirty cockroaches germs and it's in my body now. If I am diagnosed with food poisoning or any food related sickness then the blame is on you. Acknowledge this. As a food and beverage manager you are to be held responsible for anything that happens to me. Acknowledge this and let this be a message to all the people who come and eat at your restaurant. This is something not to be taken lightly what if you and your family were fed cockroches in a plate what would u do as a customer? Look into the matter and show some courtesy to your customers. Money isn't the only thing important but for u it is more important than someone's life and you clearly showed it by the way you spoke. This is unacceptable and pathetic. It was once a lifetime experience we had today. And I wish I never have one again. We were total 11 of us. They have this so called buffet option which is actually not buffet you have tell them from the list of pre select items and they get it for you. The service levels and planning and execution were simply pathetic. We had to literally ask for everything everytime. As a restaurant don't they have any idea of how a normal flow would be like? Soup,starter, main course, desserts, right? Food was below average and not upto the expectations as per the price range. Butter chicken pasta was absolutely rubbish. There was gulab jamun for desserts and they served 1 to everyone of us, when asked for second serving they had only 5 left for the remaining they offered a cake which we saw was kept in the fridge and looked like they have been breaking it with there hand's and that's what they offered to us to which we denied. Worst food and management ever seen. Normally I am very understanding but these guys actually got the worst out of me by what they did . I would never go again and not allow anyone alse in my know how to go there ever. I can write so much more but don't feel like wasting my energy anymore. A simple meal anywhere would had been more satisfying than coming here. A big no to these guys. If you see good reviews for this hotel it is mostly the paid reviews from few food vloggers.

This is a newly opened multi cuisine Restaurant in Goregaon. It is located on one of the busiest streets of the city, so finding this place is never going to be a task for anyone. The only task would be deciding what to eat from their vast variety of menu which covers almost all the cuisines. Actually even deciding what to eat wouldn't be difficult because their staff is very courteous & helpful. The interiors, the ambience is purely classic. The seating arrangements are also quite spacious and comfortable. You can enjoy your meal with some soothing music. Coming to the food, we tried Alishan kabab & chicken Tacos in the starters. Alishan kabab was simply amazing. The chicken was very juicy, tender & flavourful. Just loved it! They recommended us to try one of their signature dishes lahsuni papad & it turned out to be great.

In the mains we tried Sizzlers ofcourse. Chicken chilli Sizzler was just out of this world. Everything was just upto the mark. (highly recommended) To accompany the food they also have a good variety of mocktails. Virgin Mojito & Blue lagoon were the ones we ordered. Both were equally refreshing! The taste, flavour, quantity and quality of their food is very impressive. Moreover, they also have a private space for big groups. They can also host corporate lunch/Dinner with no disturbance And they also have a Banquet Hall (capacity for 80-100 persons) on 2nd floor with a private elevator.
