Landmark Asia Serviced Apartments — Hotel in Mumbai

Pros: The property is located in Ashok Nagar, Marol which is easy to access the rest of the city. The airport is within the reach. The living room and the kitchen is as described in the photos and had a maid to clean the premises on a daily basis. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and has a fridge and a microwave for the use. My favourite spot of the property was the living room.

Cons: When I entered the property, there was a pungent smell in the living room. They could use some room fresheners. The bathroom is the most disappointing room in this whole property. The sink pipe had a leak, the bathroom drainer had no mesh. The toilet flush isn't powerful enough that I had to pour a bucket full of water every time I use the toilet. Though they had provided with the mosquito liquids, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Most of the mesh in the windows had big holes as they are quite outdated. The bed linens and blankets are quite old that they had stains. Though the location is within reach, the apartment is located near Mithi river (which is a drainage) and there is a garbage zone next to the apartment which might not be...

Haven't got good treatment from the owner. Stayed for a very long time. At the end they would put unnecessary blames just to cut down money from the security deposit, which they did. Would even say you have eaten too much food in the morning complimentary breakfast ( we have paid more than 9 lkhs). How pathetic.... . Their maids used to keep on fighting in the corridors and would even say things to the residents in...

Hosts are friendly and welcoming, all the facilities available as promised, room almost same as in the photos, needs a little more maintainance for eg. back rest of one of the chairs was torn, the plywood was coming out in one place near the fridge.
