Coming to Front office Reception and Laundry department very worst

In Reception 1 lady know English but not ready to serve wat we require

I had stayed from July 4-july 24 Check in 01:00am the people are sleeping and if we ask any questions in reception they are not ready to answer Hence people other state is tuff they are talking proper Hindi they mixing Hindi and Marathi. Worst Attitude of Reception Night shift and Laundry

No Hot water kettle provided.Provifed Before checkout 2 days back.

Laundry when we give after 2 days they will provide before giving laundry kindly take pic which clothes u r giving they are overrighting in laundry form wat we give one cloth they scarth it our cloth get lost .Very worst Department.

Good thing is rooms are good due to Housekeeping team.

Located in Ashok nagar, andheri, the apartments are nice, clean and hygenic. Most of the flats in its C-wing (where I stayed) are 2BHK and having open kitchen style. The room sizes and bathroom sizes are descent and spacious.The hall and dining spaces are little less spacious.A small balcony is attached to the hall which allows to experience fresh breeze during evening Inside room there is single wooden almirah with two shelves and not wall wadrobe set. Each floor contains 3 flats .The staircases are not clean , however one can use lift all the time. Recommended stay for a large family or a group where after getting 2 rooms, the entire flat becomes yours and enjoy privacy, cooking, partying, get together etc etc.Overall a nice...

They have put up a livable space in the form of serviced apartments but the maintenance is poor. Every faucet and door handle falls off and the wall AC looks like it will blast. It indeed conked at midnight and we had to spend half of the hot and humid night without AC. Though they fixed it in the morning. All this is still fine till you come to food. The complimentary breakfast is horrendous. Imagine starting your day with a yucky chemical tea from vending machine! The mess incharge is arrogant and he has a reason for it since you can't do anything about his poor and expensive food.
