So ofcourse I had read most of the reviews before Booking the hotel.
Before Booking I asked the manager what he thinks why people had reviewed like that.
Few of the answers were satisfying as one of the person mentioned that there was no one in the hotel , it looked like ghost house which manager explained that it was just post pandemic situation.
Another one that there was an insect in the food, to which I was explained that they had outsourced the kitchen to the third party, post that incident.
Now , I chose to explore the hotel as it was near the airport and quite economical as per the facilities.
My review is based on the short 1 day stay:
Good Points:
-i had the breakfast included but since I was there for a day only and I had to leave at 6 the next morning , I requested the management to prepone my breakfast to the check-in day. They coperated well with the situation. -The rooms were good unlike the box type in the same budget. -well constructed -Food was good not so great but as i only had Maggie, tea n veg sandwich, i cannot give the valid review for the same. -They arranged the transport early in the morning (ofcourse paid), hence didn't had to rush. -The person came for cleaning was quite young n obedient The reception staff was helpful Food wasn't expensive as per the Hotels
Not So Good Points:
Though the room was clean but it's not only the floor but the ceilings should be clean as well. There were lots of spider webs 🕸️ (Jaale) above the bath tub, below the closest where the luggage was kept, and few here and there. I had already called a person to Clean bath tub once , but because of my short stay i didn't ask them to do anything.
The chairs given were ripped. Though I can understand it can't be changed at once for some hotels but covering them economically could be more satisfying. Afterall it's a hospitality industry.
-The room service was quite slow but food was better
The area by which you'll reach the hotel is not good, though the property is good and located at better place.
-Lastly very important : Payment Had to pay everytime I ordered something. I was working and I had to waste few minutes again and again for the payment, It was frustrating. (Though I had to do it only twice, but still not a good method)
Suggestions:
Look for thorough cleaniness (Ceiling and floor both) -Improve food service time -comeup with centralized payment system where the pentry can enter their bill and reception staff can charge the customer at once, at the time of checkout. Then they can settle the payments amongst themselves without causing a trouble to the customers.
It's quite a long review, but anyone who will read this can get entire Idea before booking and also the hotel will take care of things mentioned above (they aren't something can't be done in a day)

Read moreWorst hotel to stay , liers at the front desk , even the so called manager is a big time lier They will not help u even if u r in a big problem So here's the glimpse of what had to face I had a booking in their hotel as I had to attend an event in Mumbai with my girlfriend, the day we were checking in the hotel my girlfriend forgot her phone in the auto we used to reach the hotel , half an hour later we realised that we have left the phone and one more bag in the auto so we reached the counter , now here is what help we received from them , we told the entire story to the front desk dumb ass person who did nothing other than smiling at us then luckily we found a manager (who is always in meeting when u call him but if the hotel staff calls him , he will immediately pick up the call ) we reiterated the same thing to the manager he pretended to help saying that he can help us in tracing the no. Of auto by checking the camera recording at the entrance of hotel and meanwhile we can complaint at the nearest police station to block our no. "Just for our satisfaction " . He said IT guy will come in at 1 pm then at 1pm he said he is on day off so he will call the IT personal and ask for the login ID and password, then we came back from the event at night and he said tomorrow by 10am the IT guy will be here and we will get help So after wasting good 24 hours we went to the counter at 10am where we were asked to come at 1pm so after getting pissed off we went there at 1pm and we got a new story from the front desk guy that we have to first submit a fir copy here and then they will pull out the recording then I questioned the staff if this was the deal then why dint they tell this to us yesterday at the first place and why they wasted one entire day for this thing, then we need to involve cops and on second day in the evening we were able to get the recording. Read moreOne of the worst experience with this hotel. Food quality is zero. They are not cooking Chapati inside hotel. All chapati are outsourced from some other vendor and when I asked to provide fresh chapati they told sorry we can’t provide fresh and hot chapati because all chapati is out sourced. The chapati is smelling and not fresh. So be careful if you are booking your room here then it’s better you do your meals at other restaurants. Rest all food dishes they cooked in Hotel Kitchen.
Rooms are dirty and stinky. I stayed in Room Number 303 from 3rd Sep to 07 Sep 2024.
The worst part of this hotel is if you asked any thing like Dental kit, Shaving Kit, Sleeper, they will ask you extra amount. Also if you ask them to clean your room or washroom they will reply we will clean your room after 2 pm only till 2pm you have to wait. That’s really bad management.
Dear traveller those are booking this hotel I am suggesting you please be safe and pay your money to some other hotel where you will get proper service.
Mr. Imran is the person here in this hotel who shows that he is very expert in all quality but really he is the only person in this hotel who will be responsible of all the mismanagement of this hotel.
Shame on you Mr. Imran you don’t know how to treat with customers and clients. I think you have to learn the management skills from some school or management college.
