We recently visited Persian Darbar, and it was nothing short of a delightful experience! Located on Marol Kurla Road in Andheri East, the place welcomes you with its aesthetic ambiance and cozy vibes. One of the best features is their separate dastarkhwan seating, which makes it an ideal spot for a family dinner, casual get-together, or a cozy outing with loved ones. We began our evening with some refreshing mocktails — the Coconut Colada and Green Apple were beautifully presented and tasted super refreshing. The Orange mocktail was absolutely on point too! For starters, we ordered a variety of dishes, each better than the last: Mutton Nallibarra – perfectly cooked and flavorful. Chicken Tandoori Mumtaz – mind-blowing in taste and presentation! Chicken Lebanese Kebab – packed with flavor and a total hit. Chicken Thread – crispy, well-seasoned, and addictive. For the main course, we went with: Mutton Nihari with roti – rich, comforting, and perfectly spiced. Mutton Kepsa Rice – aromatic, generously portioned, and perfect for four people. Every dish was full of flavor, cooked to perfection, and truly satisfying. The service was excellent, attentive, and added to the overall experience. To wrap it up, we indulged in Kunafa and Baklava with ice cream – and wow, what a way to end the meal! The desserts were rich, indulgent, and absolutely crave-worthy. Rating: 10/10 From start to finish, the experience was incredible. If you’re in the area and looking to indulge in rich, flavorful Mughlai and Persian cuisine, Persian Darbar is a must-visit!

This Persian Darbar outlet in Marol has a royal ambience, authentic Mughlai food and some quality mocktails. And if you’re fasting this Shravan, their vegetarian delights are also an absolute treat. Taking you through what all we had here: Hara Bhara Kebab (Recommended) A green crispy melt-in-mouth kebab which was quite devouring for the taste buds. Paneer Tikka Juicy paneer tikkas marinated in bold spices. Dynamite Prawns (Recommended) Crispy prawns tossed in a fiery dynamite sauce that explodes with flavor. Malaysian Chicken (Recommended) A sweet and spicy appetizer. Tender chicken glazed in rich and tangy Malaysian style sauce that was quite delectable. Murg Dahi Lassooni Tikka Succulent chicken tikka with a rich garlic yogurt marinade. Mutton Rogan Josh Gravy Tender mutton pieces in a luscious rogan josh-style gravy. We opted for half portion that had three mutton pieces compared to full portion which had six. The combination of this gravy with butter naan was amazing. For rice, you can opt for the fragrant white and yellow biryani rice. For mocktails, we had Peach Iced Tea, Mango Mojito and Melon Blast. Overall, their entire menu was quite flavourful. The ambience was such a marvel especially in this Marol outlet and we had a stupendous time. They also have a dastarkhaan private room incase you are a large group. The perfect place to have a hearty meal. While Persian Darbar is a must go anywhere, you have to visit this specific outlet for the vibes.

If you are fond of mughalai dishes and looking out of a change in your food line up its definately a place to visit Have been recently here so here are my observations, This is adjacent to road hence you may find it easily and searching it wont be difficult located in central place hence you will find good type of crowd here. Parking can be issue as they dont have a legal space, thought you can still manage to park requesting them to see it as they have people out. It has no provision for handicapped entry hence you may bit trouble on it. You have take away counter outside itself. And then you enter.. would would find really pleasing interiors, really need to appriciate on that. It's has two levels , all are very spacious and there are cozy dining table arrangements aligned quite properly Group tables are arranged asthetically. If you have a big group and you need a private celebration options they do have a separate glass cubes for you. Washroom are clean, hygenic All the interiors goes with the theme of Persian darbar with mughalai feel and it's one of the best urban interiors place nearby. Majority of servers and captains are Muslim and they hold good levels of customer hospitality and I'm sure you will be delighted seeing it. About the food, it's then again a pleasing experience, what ever we review was really good They Serve both Veg and Non veg menus The menus list is long means it's has long to offer. Main offerings cuisins are Mughalai , North Indian, Biriyani , Chinese to some extent. Best part is they offer you HALAL meat products. Be cautioned that they have list of Biriyani options and what we had was Raan Biriyani and it's comes is really big plate which can be served to atlest 6 people so ensure you ask them about quantity of serving so that you don't waste your food.. So Incase you are going out with 2 people ask them to advise for 2people servings. They will suggest .

Hit orders are Veg Persian biryani,Mutton Raan Biriyani,Chicken Tikka Biriyani,Chicken Tandoori, dragon chicken, Dal tadka and butter naan.

Taste is close to authenticate and it's tasted so close to some of good restaurants at Hyderabad.

So it's ideal place for family with kids, groups and casual eating. Moderately expensive dishes.but it will be surely be worth. Cash card accepted. Reservation accepted. Take away counters enabled.Delivery options available

Thanks for...

I am going to write here a very detailed experience of us eating at this place which completely ruined our lunch experience! We ordered mutton mixed kebabs, chicken teriyaki, salad, garlic Naan and khasta naan. Among thr mutton kebabs three kebabs were almost so chewy with big thick mutton pieces. Almost impossible to eat, we spat them in the tissue paper and ordered the same dish again. Again the second time, the same thick mutton chewy pieces so we complained that we can't eat this and not to charge for it. Then came the manager who takes the order, heard our complaint, took two pieces out of 4 on the plate and checked with fork in front of us and asked that they would replace. We told that they need to understand that the first plate was the same, and the next entire plate was similar, he started arguing with us and refused to cancel and told in the kitchen to replace the two. Then came another manager and he also starred arguing that people come and eat food and lie that the food was not as per the expectation. So on front of us, he called us liars. I found the whole experience shocking and rude. Such a huge, popular chain of restaurants has such unprofessional staff is what shocked me. Where in the world a manager comes and counts how many pieces you ate? Without even being apologizing for the bad experience of food that we had wherein we had to spit food because it wasn't even chewable. After that, they told us not to pay and just leave. We asked three employees to get the bill minus one dish. He said namaste to us and asked us to leave. Finally when we left, four people along with the manager came behind us and starred arguing on the street. He was showing as if we are running from there without paying which made us all really furious. We paid and left. This whole experience was just unbelievable and I have to say that they need to have a staff that understands the reputation of the restaurant they are working for. The staff needs to understand that respect is important when they treat the customers. For any restaurant, obedient and responsible staff is important. Arguing with customers and claiming that they are lying is utterly unacceptable. I haven't had such arrogant staff anywhere else. Never would I step my foot again in such a place where there is no respect for customers! Horrendous experience, ...

As being a summer vacation some of my family members visited my place for couple of days. As we all decided to have a dinner , as we all cousins are a non veg lover so we all were searching for a best Mughlai place and one of my friend recommended me Persian darbar. So few days back we all visited here. Ambience of this place is amazing with a wonderful decor of the restaurant. Service here is very quick and staff is very much helpful. Staff was helping us to suggest and try various types of dishes.

Dishes we tried , Soups: Chicken manchow soup and chicken rainbow soup As we family always start our meal with soups so we tried and trust me both the soups were amazing. Chicken rainbow soup was a creamy while manchow soup was little spicy as being a Chinese option.

Starters: Chicken Mix tikka kebabs This dish consisted of 3 types of kebabs which are murgh malai tikka, murgh reshmi tikka, murgh nawabi tikka All the mentioned above were very delicious and mouth watering. Murgh malai tikka was a bit sweet with malai topped on top of kebab. Highly recommended.

Mocktails: passion fruit mojito and virgin mojito As while trying starters mocktails is a must. Passion fruit mojito was very well prepared with accurate flavour of passion fruit. And Virgin mojito was lip smacking.

Main course : chicken Jalandari masala with mix roti basket & Chicken biryani Chicken jalandari was delicious with perfect flavours of masala and roti basket had huge varieties of roti so it was like trying various combinations together. Chicken biryani was very tasty as it was the only dish we were waiting to try. It was great in portion and highly recommended.

Desserts : Caramel custard and Baklawa Baklawa was very amazing. Something new for us and it was served with vanilla icecream. Can’t just forget the taste of Baklawa.

Overall had a wonderful time here...
