Here is the BIG LIST of what all went wrong in your apartment that we had booked from 2nd May till 14th May.
There was no light in the toilet for two nights and even after telling multiple times it was rectified only after 2 nights and our lady guest had to face this..Whats your compensation for this ?
We were promised wifi and it was included in the room tarriff of Rs 2000 per night and it was not sorted for 24 hours and we couldnt attend an important online business call because of this and who will compensate for the loss..
The rooms were not dusted at all and the linen were dirty and we have a small child and my wife is allergic to dust...Sheer negligence fro ur staff in cleaning the place.
No drinking water or water filter in apartment 205 for 3 days...
The utensils and kitchen were utterly unclean and dirty and we had to clean all the utensils.
No hot water in one of the washrooms and even after telling multiple times this was not sorted till date.
ONE OF THE COTS IN THE ROOM THAT I WAS STAYING JUST BROKE AND FELL ON MY LEG AND I GOT INJURED... VERY POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AND U R NOT AT ALL BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER SAFETY...
MY LADY GUEST GOT SHIFTED 3 TIMES TO DIFFERENT ROOMS.
HAND SHOWER IN THE TOILET WAS FULLY LEAKING FOR 2 DAYS AND BATHROOM WAS FLODDED WITH WATER AND WAS REPAIRED ONLY AFTER 48 HOURS.
NO KEYS TO ANY OF THE ROOMS AND ALSO ONLY ONE KEY TO THE APARTMENT.. WE HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT FOR FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS AND EVERY TIME CALL YOUR CARE TAKER TO OPEN THE DOOR.
ON TOP OF ALL THIS Utter rude behavior and sheer negligence by your care takers.
One Good thing
U adjusted one of your other guest in a non attached room for 2 nights... So 11 Bad is to 1 Good ....
...I feel ashamed to write it even though you may not be ashamed because your only motive is money even if the customer had to face a series of problems one after the other. And we had a child with us and we need appropriate compensation and a detailed explanation for all the above problems and what action you are going to take to ensure customer satisfaction.
I have already paid 90000 rupees... If we take this to a third party or court of law what would they give me as compensation. Nothing less than 50,000 compensation for all this.
