Gokul Hotel — Hotel in Nagpur

Good but be ALERT.Rooms are clean. Breakfast satisfactory. Location centre of old Nagpur.During stay we face some AC problem, while repairing with 3 staff my husband Wallet having 8000 Rs. got stolen from room. Room main bed par rakha hua purse gayab ho gaya. After searching everywhere,we raised our voice and doubt to "DUBEY" naam ka waiter /staff ( who is 3 months old here). But Hotel staff and management keep saying aap hee apna purse rakhkar bhul gaye . When we asked Dubey , he pretended like nothing happened,we r on fault ,he is innocent. All staff become one. After 30 mins of arguments and a pressure of police complaint including fear of women harassment.( All drama is going on in our room only) Suddenly Dubey again started searching our wallet aur takiya ke andar se Purse dikhne laga.He said dekho dekho yeh raha purse ab hum bulate hai police.And Dubey who is waiter and one more fatty person who belong to same region started pressure on us Ab to police aayegi , hum bulate hai. It was such a terrible situation instead of consoling us , they started targeting me and my husband. "Dubey ka Chori karna aur police pressure ke Darr se purse wapas karna." All hotel management become one, not a single word of consoling & inquiring into the matter. Dubey is innocent we r on fault side. Last by God Grace we came out of this...

Don't go. Neither cheap nor value of money.I will review it on points given below - First Drinking water - for 15 to 20 Rs. Water bottle they will charge 35 Rs. Room - they will charge you 1500 Rs. For Non AC rooms including taxes. You will find Bedsheets very dirty. I also found a liqueur bottel beneath by bed. It shows their quality of service. Food- Once again don't order food from them. Very spicy and oily and if you prefer outside restaurant it would be worth of money. Parking - They will provide you car parking facility if you can reach at parking space through narrow street which is highly encroached. Room service - Highly poor. Then what is good - Tea that they serve you and it has 25Rs. Cost. They will not...

I had traveled for official purpose and stayed in this hotel soooooo dirty and no more proper food serve expensive like hell....All thou even my Baggies were misplace which is yet not been couriered to me as promise by the manager i left for Mumbai without my bagged and farsan bag which were either stolen or misplace by the hotel management||||If you want to face problem or lost of badges or thieves this is the ideal place...I had to make a police online complaint on Nagpur police site to be safe who know your personal belonging can put...
