OYO Hotel Midas — Hotel in Nagpur

Disappointed..thats all i want to say i have stayed in Oyo rooms twice earlier with nice exepriance but this was worst.

Listing in detail pls go through before booking

1.No Sync up with OYO : property dont have much sync with Oyo.As my checkin was cancelled at the last moment due low tarrif issue.And i was left with no solution in arguging with Oyo customer care.

2.Bad breakfast: Average taste of Pohas and chilled tea is offered for starting your day.Even tea was not offered on last day saying it got finished

3.Horrible Room service: Need to make multiple calls to reception even for breakfast. Also have a weired room service guy, who do all the crazy stuff like ask for your AC remote for a 5 min and then disappier.

4.Unsupported Staff: This hotel dont even have a First aid box. Got a minor cut so asked for bandaid but not provided as not avialable.

5.Unflexible Checkout:Asked for 3 -4 hours more to checkout as train was in evening but asked to pay 500 rs more. Whereas i have taken this service for free or with very nominal charge of 200 before in other hotels.

Guys if you are planning for serious and long vacation this certainly not an good option as u might get your plans spoiled. Better check...

SCAM OF OYO!! I have booked hotel on 27th September. Booking I’d- J7S03826 Hotel- Oyo 15211 Hotel Midas Stay duration Is 30 September to 4 th October Amount paid- 2093

On 30th September in morning given call to Oyo customer care to confirm hotel . But team requested to cancel booking J7S03826. They also promised:

1. I will get full refund for booking I’d J7S03826, rs-2093
2. reservation team will book same Hotel Midas , Hotel will not charge any extra charges.

So I agreed above point and Oyo team has booked same Hotel Midas Oyo 15211. Booking I’d is ZIWX7645 When I visit hotel, the hotel team denied to check-in and requested extra 5 thousand.

Oyo team shared other hotels which are too long from our planned location so we haven’t accepted.

Team promised to refund (requesting multiple times . Called Oyo customer care approx 20 times 🤯wasted 5 hours.) YET NO REFUND

While booking this hotel don't go with OYO app reviews, because whatever they are saying and showing, not true. This is a very average hotel. Extremely budget friendly. Staffs were good. But rooms are really in a need of renovation. They look very old with improper maintenance. First we got one room where exhaust fan wasn't there at all but when we asked they changed our room. The second room was okay. And the complimentary breakfast they supply everyday was same i.e. POHA. i stayed there for 4 days and everyday it was the same. But overall i ll say for a short stay it's a pocket friendly option. And they do clean...
