Extremely disappointing experience..
Visited this cafe recently, and it was honestly one of the most frustrating outings I have had in a while.
To begin with, it took the staff over 20-25 minutes just to come and take our order.. Till then he didn't even ask for water or anything.. and this was when the cafe wasn’t even fully packed. Till the time we got our turn to place the order the cafe was almost full . Once we placed our order, each dish took more than 30 minutes to reach our table.. Coffee came before The food btw . And we instructed them to bring food and coffee together.. still they brought the coffee before our food.. The wait was ridiculous, and no one seemed in a rush to help. For like each and every requirement we had to call the staff..
The seating arrangement was all over the place, and their cooler was placed so poorly that the entire section felt hot and stuffy. I politely asked if we could shift to a better table if one got free, and the staff responded with, “That’s impossible, at least one hour tak. Tab tak toh aapka khana ho jayega.” Honestly, I was stunned.. who responds like that?😏
Even getting a small plate to cut a cake took 20–25 minutes. The service was not just slow, it was almost careless. Even to clear the table we had to call the staff for like 2-3 times.. After asking multiple times, we finally got shifted to indoor seating, but by then we had already placed our order. .. and we took our coffee in our hands .. staff didn't even offer us help. They were looking at us though.. When we went inside, Only one dish arrived, and after we finished that, we had to wait another 30 -40 minutes for the second one—which they clearly forgot until we reminded them.
When the grilled chicken finally came, it was undercooked, chewy, and clearly not looking grilled as ordered. We asked them to return it, and after another 30-35 minutes, a fresh dish arrived.. this time it looked and tasted better,. As it was actually the dish what we ordered. Don't know what was the earlier dish then and by then we were completely fed up.
And not once.. mind you ..not once did anyone apologize for the delay, the poor service, or the food quality issues.. Totally dissatisfied. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was frustrating from start to finish. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously improve their staff training, service speed, and overall attitude towards the customers. They have a great location, their vibe is so good but they should definitely do something with their customer service and...

Address: 001, Ground Floor, Himalaya Harmony Apartments, Near, Aath Rasta Chowk, Laxminagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440022
Address in easy language: Jerry Lawns k ekdam pass. Neeri colony ko chipak k.
Ambiance: 4/5 To get the perfect vibe of a cafe, they have covered all the bases like very esthetically beautiful yet fun. The cafe embodies an earthy yet contemporary decor style. The use of a pastel color palette is what I liked the most. Has very comfortable seating. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating area is very soothing to the eyes. Very simple but very attractively done.
Taste: 3.5/5 The taste is good. The majority of the dishes which I tried were good. But some of them we not up to the mark.
Price: 3.5/5 Prices are a bit on the higher side. But are still very competitive. The average order price should range between 250-350 per dish.
Value for Money: 4/5 Looking at the ambiance and quantity of the food and taste, I guess you will find it very justifiable.
Service: 3/5 Service was decent but can be improved. The staff was not that active in taking orders or asking us whether the customer needs anything. Proper attention should be given to each table.
Staff: 4.5/5 Very polite and generous staff. But still, I feel there is a scope for improvement.
Some extra tips for my viewers: Parking facility is available. No valet parking Only a single washroom, which I found was not that clean. In the balcony seating we wanted to join both tables, but we weren't allowed. Menu quality was very poor. Doesn't go with the vibe of the cafe.
So overall a very nice place to visit in Nagpur. If you are looking for a "date place" or a family dinner, you can definitely consider this place.

Read moreI recently visited Pours and Plate and had the pleasure of trying their exquisite offerings. I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.💕
First, we ordered the Coffee Mocha ☕, and it was out of this world. The perfect balance of dark chocolate and coffee created a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my palate. The consistency was flawless, offering a rich and velvety texture that enhanced the overall experience. If you're a fan of coffee and chocolate, this drink is an absolute must-try.
We also sampled the BBQ Mushrooms🥪, and they were a delightful surprise. The mushrooms were perfectly toasted, resulting in a crispy exterior that gave way to a tender and flavorful interior. The smoky BBQ seasoning elevated the mushrooms to new heights, leaving me craving for more. Trust me when I say that these mushrooms are an absolute must-have.
Lastly, we indulged in the Lotus Biscoff Cake, and it was pure heaven. The base of the cake was the ultimate foundation, providing a sturdy yet delicate structure for the layers of decadence. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the distinctive Lotus Biscoff taste shining through. I can confidently say that this dessert was one of the best I've ever had.
In conclusion, my dining experience at this restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. The Coffee Mocha, BBQ Mushrooms, and Lotus Biscoff Cake all exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a culinary adventure that will leave you in awe, I highly recommend visiting Pours and Plate. Your taste buds will...
