I recently visited the Barbecue Nation outlet in Nashik, having experienced over 50 locations across India. Unfortunately, this outlet fell far short of expectations, particularly for vegetarian options.
The booking process was frustrating from the start. I reserved a table for 2015 hours, confirmed by customer care, yet I received a call during my 40km journey informing me that my slot had been moved to 2130 hours. This change was unacceptable, especially since I was already en route. Despite multiple requests, the only alternative offered was a 1930 hours slot, which I reluctantly accepted.
Upon arrival, I anticipated a delightful selection of starters, but what was served was disappointing. The paneer, pineapple, sweet corn, and mushrooms felt more like they had been boiled and hastily presented than the vibrant starters Barbecue Nation is known for.
The live counter items, including idli, kuttu parantha, and paneer 65, appeared stale, as if they had been prepared days earlier. After raising concerns, the staff merely reheated these items, but the quality did not improve.
The main course was equally lackluster. The paneer tikka gravy had an off-putting smell, which the manager dismissed, claiming it was normal. Many dishes were served cold and tasted old, leaving me truly disappointed.
In summary, while Barbecue Nation may have a reputation for its offerings, the Nashik outlet’s vegetarian selections are subpar. If you're a vegetarian, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has left me questioning the quality standards of this franchise, particularly for those who...

Read moreDisappointing Experience at Barbeque Nation, Nashik
Rating: 1/5
On Monday, November 4, 2024, my group of 8 visited Barbeque Nation at City Center Mall, Nashik, to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was the worst we've ever had in dining.
Issues:
Rotten Starters: Veg tikka was rotten, and even after replacing it, the new one was also rotten.
Cold Food: Starters, live counter food, and buffet items were served cold and looked unfresh.
Unhygienic Conditions: Spills were found at buffet, ice cream counter, and dessert areas.
Poor Quality Food: Rajasthani festival dishes were unauthentic and tasted bad (Dal Baati, Malpua, Kadhi).
Hair in Dessert: Found hair in Churma, making it inedible.
Slow and Ignorant Service: Staff ignored instructions and were unresponsive.
Unresponsive Manager: Seemed unresponsive to our concerns and displayed poor communication skills. He was also rude.
Conclusion:
Our birthday celebration was ruined due to the unhygienic and poor-quality food, coupled with terrible service. With many other restaurants offering better barbecue options in a clean environment, we see no reason to return to...
