Hotel Samrat — Hotel in Nashik

One of the worst place to stay at. We booked this room 5 days before on make my trip. The day before coming here we called them asking if they are comfortable with one male and two female guests, they said "yes, we have no issues." And asked us to come to the hotel. When we reached there the front desk person (he was so rude) started saying that we won't give you room and all , he was shouting at us and even not refunding us at the moment. He started mocking and downtalking. He was very very rude and nosy. After a call with their manager and make my trip he gave us room. We also felt like we were stucked as the room was already booked and we couldn't initiate our refund so we had to stay. The rooms are not up to mark. Seems shady and not in use. Lights not working properly, all dusty and smelly. Even fan was not working and more important the person who made this all scene from front desk was keeping an eye on us. He was behaving like aunty and keeping eyes on our in and out time. It was basically a invasion of privacy. We want to rate this hotel less than one star.

Worst place.. this front desk guy harrased us on the basic of our ethnicity and language. And also commented like "people like you come here your not welcome" and all. We felt so attacked. I If any hotel authority is reading this comment please take proper action against that person.

I have been staying this hotel since from year 2010 but i am not going stay in this hotel again because of following points.||||Management: ||1) Rude behavior of owner lady, she will not at all smile even you greet her with gentle smile. ( Don't believe me try it yourself), They think they doing UPKAAR on you by letting you stay in their hotel.||2) You have to pay entire room rent first ( even you are their regular customer). Bhai bhagne waale hai kya kahi?Have little bit of faith on your regular customer.||3) Staff is not at all active.||||Rooms: ||1) Rooms are not spacious.||2) Beds are too small, cupboards are decaying.||3) You will get slightly warm water during morning time and winter season.||4) You have posted one poster regarding saving water in bathrooms , but your staff tells to let water run from tap for 15 mins , what an irony.||5) Most important, more you pay more decent room you will get.If you are paying 1K , be ready for dirtiest room with weird smell. ||||Food:||1) Food is good but method of serving is not so good. Plates are dirty.||2) Limited veg dishes they don't have varieties. ||||Tip to the owner: Try to respect and retain your old customers, money is not the thing but your behavior is most important asset, to run any successful business. & my dear it's the time...

Probably the best Hotel in Nasik City in terms of |the following aspects:|Location : Very much Central, public transportation is very easily available outside the Hotel; also an added advantage for me was it was within walking distance from the pharmacy market||Cleanliness and Hygiene standards : Could barely see any stains anywhere , apart from the stain in the common washroom||Food Quality and Taste : Too Good, especially the North Indian main course ||Service : Staff is polite and friendly. All you've got to do is to make your requirements specific and leave the rest to them..||... Got a great deal on the Deluxe Room here...| Imagine an A.C Deluxe Room (even though I was charged for Single Occupancy , they gave me a Triple Occupancy Room)at just Rs.1,400/- including taxes and FREE Wi-Fi ... Wi-Fi speed was quite impressive...||Highly recommended to try the Veg Thali, priced at just Rs 120/- including taxes... Light on the stomach and not too heavy on the pocket as well..||Also try the Vegetable Biryani with Curd.. |The fragrant Biryani had the perfect mixture of both vegetables and spices and was really tasty.||All in all, a very good...
