Hotel Shalimar Inn — Hotel in Nashik

First of all they have 2 hotels one in nashik road which name is rajnigandha and one at Shalimar I booked for nashik roads rajnigandha the person which is on reception name masoom is good he gave good explanation I did the booking with him After booking of one hour the girl call frome the receptionist whatever her name insist for availability of room, pay more 300 will not give any discount you have to pay 300 I said ok let me take rest I am here only for 4 days evening or after lunch I will come out then will give you,then she call me again and said if you will not give will cut from the receptionist salary who book your slot ... This not end of the conversation. She harrest me for room service also when I call next morning for room service she said I'm sending the boy after 10 mints I said ok but she send him after an hour when I'm having my lunch i said please com after 20 mints he said yes to me and he didn't come for cleaning that day next day I call at reception and I said he was not came that day it's 2 days now please send him to cleaning then she is telling me you have to call for room service it's not my work to send him that is the word of the receptionist.... and after 1 day when I call for only clean the dustbin she was telling me it's not the time for room service you have to understand I can't tell you again and again this things this the behaviour very of the 3 star hotel Rajnigandha very bad experience first time I'm looking this type of hotel and reception Now coming to the last day of the hotel at 11.30 night they are telling me please adjust for one day will send you our other branch which is Shalimar inn because of the heavy booking we have to give them room please adjust for a day we said ok then they took us at night over there to Shalimar inn all good but in the morning you have to call them and tell them please switch on. The hot water fuze and after that suddenly they switched off th Ac and telling that we are not providing ac because 12 o'clock is the check out time this is what the behaviour all the staff very bad experience I will not suggest any one to go there and the 3rd class of staff of I get chance to give 0 star I will do...

Room was not clean, you can easily find spots on towels, bed sheet, pan gutkha stains on wall and lamp sheds. Bathroom was dirty and stained as well.||* For room amenities, i had to request everything like clean towels, sleepers, blankets etc, which should be in place instead of asking everything.||* If you are moving out from room then everytime hotel staff will stop you and ask you to deposit room key. you have to give a reason if you wanted to keep room key with you. literally, everytime they will ask for room key by stopping you.||* If any of your belongings get missed or stolen from room then it's not hotel or hotel's staff responsibilty, you have to deposit all your valuables at reception as per notice pasted in the room, check attached pic.||* Parking is difficult as it's underground and small parking they have, If you come with car then their parking entry path and space will be a problem. ||* Hotel has charged 263 Rs per room as GST for which they have not provided any bill. when i had asked bill for paid GST then reception person told me it will be sent in room but it never came. ||* They have also demanded GST for my cancelled room which was shorted out by Goibibo customer care some how.||* Food was ok and food service was good. location is good as it's in central Nashik. ||* Overall it's not worth for...

I booked this hotel from OYO and hotel declined in the middle of night when i was with my family and offered me suggestion to make another booking which cost me extra 500 as compared to what I gave to OYO. Btw it was a paid booking from OYO so paid again to hotel because it wasn't easy to find another place.

Room wasn't clean, they made it double bed after combining two single bed and didn't bother to clean the dust beneath my bed. I adjusted somehow as I wanted a good sleep of 4 5 hours but thanks to security guard who was keeping eye on my car which was parked openly on road as they do not have enough parking so he told me to come early to shift my car and I did that after going bed around 2 am came down at 5 am on top of that he said come in next 30 min and I had to do it so came again at 5:45 am to park my car.

So overall totally wow experience and definitely No No...
