Feedback on Hotel Experience – Disappointing for Family Visits
We occasionally visits in hotels to take a break from our daily routine and spend quality time with family. Naturally, we expect a refreshing change and a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from that.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt congested and poorly managed. One of the most disappointing aspects was the seating arrangement. Typically, families prefer to sit face to face during meals or meetings, but the staff insisted we sit closely side by side, which felt awkward and unwelcoming.
The overall environment is not conducive for families. Even when the number of guests increases, the staff themselves seem to struggle due to the lack of space. This clearly points to poor planning and management.
It appears that the hotel is not geared towards family guests at all. The entire setup seems more suited for people visiting Nashik for business or court matters. There is a lack of warmth and hospitality one would expect for a family-friendly establishment.

We were in dire need of some solid food and all the other shops seemed to be flocked or far away.
With much doubt about the ambience and quality, we reluctantly stepped into Shilpa Hall only to realise it was the best thing we could’ve done that day !
Excellent ambience , very polite staff and cashier , the food seems more homely than home food ! The variety is laudable , food is not wasted here ! For the pricing : Shilpa dining hall does more justice than hotels with higher price tags !
Extremely satisfying food , extremely pleasant staff and overall a place anyone would want to revisit ! I envy the nearby locals who have the opportunity to visit Shilpa dining hall whenever...
Read moreIf you are looking for a vegetarian thali, this is one of the best restaurants in Nashik. This is near the Red Cross signal. This place was a little crowded and we sometimes had a 10-15 minute wait depending on the day, but they have a nice waiting room on the first floor. There is parking space for two wheelers, but if you have a four wheeler you will need to find a parking spot. 🚗🛵🏍 It's nice to try, and the atmosphere is good. There is also an all-you-can-eat thali, which includes a variety of snacks, curry, rice, and sweets. 😋😋 Prices are also very reasonable. The service is good and very fast.
Must visit...
