HOTEL FANTACEE — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

I stayed for 9 nights, it was too costly, No hot water for most of the days, No Intercom working for 5 out of 9 days i stayed there, everytime i take bath the room gets flooded, no proper ventilation. The reception guys switches off the AC from his side, we need to ask for the reception to switch it on happened for 3 out of 9 nights for me. They dont allow visitors even for emergency purpose during the morning time, after all we all stay there to see our relatives and they dont allow until 12:00 PM which was really annoying. The owner should also take note of all these reviews and improve on these. Lift facility would make it more attractive. Location wise its good, very close to Vashi railway station only thing is there is no Medical store nearby which is very important drawback especially if you are travelling with elderlies and/or kids. For every single thing which is obviously expected to work, we need to ask the reception guys to make it work for us. Like AC, TV, Water etc. During one of the night, we ordered coffee they said it will take 15 mins but they forgot and never delivered that coffee, but that was included in our bill, i did not claimed that since i was getting late and it was only a matter of Rs.20. The hotel Fantacee is a good budget hotel in APMC market Vashi. The hotel reviews about this hotel in Google and certain hotel booking apps are not fully true. Maybe there reviews are before hotel was renovated. I felt the hotel was renovated recently. This is a well maintained and clean hotel. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean. As I was traveling to rajkot so I booked this hotel single non AC room. This room itself was so clean. I feel then the AC room will be superb.For solo travelers this room is fine for short duration stay.The washroom is too good. They provided lenin and toiletries. The bedsheets were fresh. The rooms were disinfect. The hotel provides wifi connection and TV facilities also there. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. Can try food at Visawa restaurant. Very good food.

Worst hotel experience ever. Late service (even for getting a bottle of water we waited more than 10 minutes) Asked for an egg sandwich (which was in menu) and we got bread omelette (which wasn't even in the menu). They apologised and took it back but left us hungry so we had to go out to eat. Even though I was paying for 3 people for one room, I was getting wifi password for only one. So their point is I should take two rooms for connecting two devices, which is messed up. Room is very small. Washroom fixtures were elegant (the only good part, which also messes up with next point). No hot water in restroom because it was summer and they've decided that we should shower in cold water. Lot of pigeons sound, even though the door and windows were closed. Totally forgot about the AC in the room. It was some random branded AC which cools that small room in 15 minutes. With the heat in Mumbai, this was very unpleasant, we had to literally wait for cold air.
