Kingsman Experience — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Not a good experience ! Couple of friends decided to visit this place after office hours as we have visited this place 2 months back and we had good fun at that time. But things turned out to be different this time.

The food was ok, starters were fine but main course was not at all good. But more importantly what matters the most is customer service and satisfaction. The floor captain ‘Suhaas’ was kind enough to spoil our party. We were told that bollywood music will start at 9 pm sharp. A lot of people from our group had traveled from far away places and we wanted to leave the place by 10, so we checked with them that at what time will you play the bollywood music as we wanted to dance.

At 9 pm I asked the manager that at what time will they start playing the bollywood dance music , he told me 10-15 mins and I said we have to eat main course can you please play it now so that we can leave on time. He said give me 10 minutes. We were patiently waiting for the same. After 15 minutes I went to him again and requested him again to play the music.

He shouted at me saying - ‘ aapke baar baar khene se me baja nahi daonga, mere rules hai regulations hai ( I will play according to the rules not if you will keep on saying again and again) ‘. I said that your staff only told me it starts at 9 pm that is why I asked he replied to me in a very rude manner saying that they are new and they have no idea. Since the music was loud so I had to use more energy to talk, he said why are showing aggression to me , I immediately told him that I am not showing any sort of aggression and not being rude in any manner and I did not want to create any scene. I asked for his name and he said - “ naam jaankar kya kar loge, mera naam suhaas .. tum apna naam bataao( what will you do by knowing my name. You tell me your name). I said Suhass bhai (bro) I am not here to fight and yes by knowing your name I won’t be able to do anything because I am not such person who likes to argue or fight. There were other groups also who were asking them to play bolywood as everyone was told that 9pm is the time.

I calmly went back to my table, I felt helpless as I don’t like to create scenes at such places and there were 8-9 friends with me who had no idea about this incident and I didn’t want to spoil anyone’s mood.

After that we danced tor 10-15 mins, had our dinner and left. I understand sometimes dealing with the customers can be tough but hurting your customers sentiments is the worst you can do to a customer. If he would have politely said that sir please understand 9.30 is the time, the staff miss informed you. I would have happily moved back to my seat. But showing disrespect to the people who are trying to have some fun after a long week of work at office is not the right way to do the business.

Kingsman - A magical place with great ambiance, music, food, drinks and hospitality. A newly opened place in the heart of Navi Mumbai, Vashi. The moment you enter this place, you will be all awestruck. Huge wall artworks, a huge chandelier, full-fledged bar counter, luxury seating spaces and a two level seating setup, will make your mood go up. An ideal place to spend your weekends partying with your besties. They even have an underground lounge setup where you can booze and enjoy the electrifying music. The menu is well balanced and offers cuisines like continental, oriental, asian, chinese and much more. Here is what I had:

✨ Mocktails & Cocktails✨ Smoky Mango Jalapeno - A refreshing mocktail, indeed. Fresh mango juice is blended well with Jalapeno and then smoked till it gets that smoky aroma and flavor. It was served in a round bowl like glass while the smoke was all infused in it with the drink. Though a bit more of Jalapeno would have made it even more interesting. Overall, a nice mocktail to opt for. Must try once. Sex on the Beach - One of the most popular cocktail that holds strong notes of vodka with cranberry juice, lime, water and lemon. Was perfectly made and was quite smooth.

✨Appetizer✨ Tacos - Surely the star of the evening. Crunchy corn tortilla loaded with tangy and spicy salsa, cheese and seasonings. Served along with two dips. One was rich sour cream and other one was the classic salsa. Such a well balanced mexican appetizer. The veggies used were quite fresh and all the ingredients together were a perfect blend of flavours. With every bite I took, the ingredients together created magic. The presentation was worth looking at and remember it for long. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻

✨Mains✨ Veg Khao Suey - A Burmese classic delicacy. Consider it to be a complete meal made of several Ingredients that not only adds different textures but also adds various flavour notes. A coconut base gravy that is cooked along with perfectly cooked noodles and then topped with toppings like crushed peanuts, fried garlic, cilantro, fried onions, and more. The pot was loaded with fresh veggies like broccoli, bok choy, carrots and so. If you are looking for a one pot meal, this one is to go for. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻

Visited this place yesterday. Before arriving at the location, we called the hotel and informed them that we were using Zomato Gold. We asked if everything was included in the offer, to which they replied affirmatively. Even upon arrival, we reiterated that we were Zomato Gold customers.

Firstly, we inquired about sitting on the couple seats on the 1st level. Initially, they informed us that it was closed, but 5 minutes later, they allowed other patrons to occupy those seats.

While placing orders, half of the beers were unavailable. We ended up ordering a Budweiser Bucket of 6, along with Jalapeno poppers, pizza, and sizzlers. The server then informed us that sizzlers were not included in Zomato Gold, claiming it was mentioned in the terms and conditions on Zomato. We showed them that it wasn't stated anywhere. After 10 minutes, they acknowledged the error and provided us with the sizzlers.

I found two pieces of wood in my jalapeno poppers. Additionally, the ladies' washroom was infested with roaches. The most disappointing aspect was the mandatory 10% service charge.

Upon receiving the bill, they overcharged us for the Bud BO6, stating it wasn't included in Zomato Gold. Again, we showed them the terms and conditions, and they then claimed we had ordered from an online menu card that did not have the updated rates. We insisted on seeing the updated menu, which displayed even lower rates. Eventually, they admitted their mistake and provided the correct bill.

This was definitely one of the worst dining experiences I have had in Navi Mumbai. I would not recommend it to...
