Hotel Opera Mahipalpur- Delhi Airport — Hotel in New Delhi

opera hotel is located near aerocity metro station , mahipalpur is NOT good enough. i stayed there on 7 sep 16, its service is very bad even they charge extra for their service. firstly they will cost you more for any room per night. their service is very bad. i ordered some food also from opera during my stay but their food is also not such good enough, they cost more for food also with extra service tax, but even after that the service quality is very bad. i suggest you to not visit at opera hotel, you can get another good hotel at same price. opera will cost 2000rs or more for a deulex room for a single night stay. they include some tax also. but overall service of opera is bad. they dont care about their guest. you can get another good hotel in low price. castle bule is a hotel near opera will charge 1800rs per night for a deulex room. this can be a better option than opera hotel. DO NOT VISIT AT OPERA...

Adding the details as the owner asked me to. 8 years since posting this review, I still remember the horrors of staying at this hotel. I booked this hotel as it was closest to the hotel. I had booked it via OYO rooms. Upon reaching the hotel, it looked like the hotel was completely deserted and no guest was staying here. Nevertheless, I began the check in. The reception man checked me in, and asked another staff to guide me to the room. The room - was something from a horror movie. It was in the basement, where there was not a single window. The TV was something that my grandfather would have. The curtains, bed, and bedsheets were all covered in dust. I took just 1 step into the room, and promptly exited...

Don’t go here! Despite the relatively good reviews, it was a truly terrible hotel. We don’t care if it looks a bit old or so but it was really nasty. Bathroom smelled like a cat litter box, toilet and sink dirty. Questionable stains on the bed. We all slept with our clothes on and did not dare to take a shower. The bathroom door was being eaten by black mould. Would absolutely not recommend. Furthermore it was difficult to communicate with the staff, they don’t really speak English. Hotel taxi was fine, kind guy, though he did charge us extra for the taxi ride due to not having change (the old trick) and also the room costed us extra (50€ for 2 persons 1 night) compared to what was listed. Would not even pay 10€...
