Milestone Hotel & Resort — Hotel in New Delhi

A room was booked for the night of 20th March 2016. ||On the phone I was told by the manager that it was a sound proof hotel. ||On arrival I was sorely disappointed. However, I managed to spend the night there in a box-like room, without any window and infested with mosquitoes. That was supposed to be a super deluxe room by their standard. Bed sheet was dirty and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get it changed. There is a kettle on the table to boil the water but there is no socket nearby. There is a fan but the plug doesn't match with that socket. Small bathroom. There is hot water in the shower but there is no hot water in the basin. Very slow Wi-Fi network which works only when the door is left open. No hanger in the wardrobe. Only one hook to hang on cloth. ||||So, this is the meaning of super- deluxe room of that so-called resort. I have been to India more than 30 times but I have never come across such a noisy place so far. I couldn't sleep at all that night and the next day my health was messed up. I paid 2500 IRS for that room. Had I known the real situation about this place, I would have abstained from going there - even if...

Good hotel to stay. The only problem which you can face is getting public transport such as bus service or metro because the hotel is near to the Highway so that there's no bus stop near by. Complementry breakfast not so good so I preferred to have food...

Doesn’t even derserve single star. Worst ever night stay in any hotel bad in all ways. Not recommended. When I wake up in the morning there was no water to wash hands or shower. Not sure about old reviews, may be they...
