Hotel Jai Wings — Hotel in Puducherry

Last week I had a stay in jai wings rooms are fine but the service is very bad..while check in they have not placed anything in room and I have requested for toiletries and other stuffs..every time I have to come from 2nd floor to 1st floor to request anything required..next day morning only I have found they have kept the phone extension inside the cupboard and while check they have not mention anything abt the extension..And they have the hotel we ordered dinner are taste is gud but for order you have to go to ground floor and order it from restaurant they dint have separate extension for restaurant..

Moreover I have booked the room with breakfast but they don't have breakfast in hotel after asked with them they have bought it from local street shop..that is very worst they have done.

They have 5feet depth swimming pool for that we have charges 2595 traffic by mentioning the amenities but bar they have running I have not checked for that.

If swimming pool is not ter it is just the normal hotel and even in swimming pool they have added more chlorine it affected our skin.

The service they have provided especially with the outside breakfast it too too bad.will attach the photos for references.

Finally hotel is located in highway we have much noise disturbances with...
