Pizza Hut | Providence Mall, Pondicherry — Restaurant in Puducherry

Due to pandemic situation we friends met after 6 months and as group we went there to have our dinner today (Thursday) to be honest the food was pathetic. Not only that after having there each and everyone of us got different stomach issues. Note that we didn't eat anywhere else that day apart from our respective homes. Since everyone of us got affected i dont see all our home food went for a toss.. Paying such a high price for pizzas and seeing this type of quality and these peoples playing with our health. I seriously don't recommend anyone going over there if you care about your health and don't want to be the one suffering like us right now.

To describe about the food

Garlic breads : i wonder if its a bajji/bonda (Indian snack) or garlic bread... I can filter out 1L of oil from that.. Guys am not exaggerating here..

Pizzas : no flavour and bad old cheese and bad chicken. Felt like just a base with veggies and chicken.

Dips : Rotten fragrance.. And not only that Was wondering is it a mayo or onion chutney which we have for dosas..

The only good thing was Coke and 7up beverages, not that much of water...

When I visited this restaurant first time, I had pretty good experience but the second time when I visited they gave me a bad customer service. We had ordered the unlimited pizza which happens only on Fridays. These people have very bad attitude towards people who order unlimited. Actually they have to refill the drinks and pizza as much time we ask for. They refilled the coke mixing tap water with that. When we tasted we all felt the smell of Chlorine in the coke. We asked them about this but they never accepted it and infront of us itself they gave another glass of coke to test the taste, but it's tasted different. We asked to taste the glass which they have us and the person who tasted also felt the taste of chlorine.

Secondly we had to wait for very long time to get the pizza refilled. They intentionally took so long. And after refilling once they took away the table number in order to stop us ordering again. It was an insult but they...

Actually I wasn't pleased in their service....First of all they didn't reply for the question that I asked about the offer ...they stood me there for 30 mins as I asked for the birthday offer...which they didn't give me the offer as they didn't know how to apply the offer...Is this is your staff selecting process and the Pizza ...I don't even want to talk about it ....A cleaning lady has made the pizza with used gloves ....and the experience was so disgusting as it was located in the Providence mall ..we thought that this will be great ....it was a worst worst experience ..I don't even want to give one star ...A staff actually want my phone to give review on their own .....and they even asked for my...
