Very very bad experience July 12 th 2019 I visited pune for an official purpose I reached hotel by 1 am Already done full payment for classic rooms online For 3 nights While reaching hotel the reception manager asked for extra money I told I can't pay extra money He denied my check in I was with my sister and was helpless Also he gave me a poor quality room by 3 am after requesting for a long time That room was without ac and didn't have window It was not safe They provided us with torn towels and bedsheets No pillows Toilets were not clean Also the staff is very much misbehaving The behaviour of staff is very rigid They didn't even have humanity Arrogant staff's Everything they will cahnge according to their wish Money waste My advice to hotel management ' it is better to do begging instead of doing a dirty business like this'

If you anat good business please provide better service Atleast with minimum standards And also keep good mannered staff's

Extremely poor behaviour. As soon as I reached the reception, the staff were fighting about a previous topic.

Seems a guest was served cold breakfast, and he complained. One guy says "chod isko, kuch nahi hota ek guest ke complaint se, tees tees rooms chalte hai." (leave this, nothing happens when one guest complains, we have 30 other rooms to work off")

They asked me if I wanted Bisleri water then gave me a bottle from a random company. I left it unopened, and had to pay at the reception regardless during checkout.

The same night, I went to ask them when was the earliest time I could checkout, and was ignored for three minutes until they could finish their own work and then answer my question in under two seconds.

The entire establishment is extremely shady. Bed is fine, room is clean, but the bathroom is long and narrow. Corridors are extremely dirty, with unused rooms remaining open, gathering dust and turning into a breeding ground for pigeons.

I would not recommend this to any traveller, especially considering one could get better hotels for lower prices in...

dont go there useless hotel , small room , no service , The manager of the hotel is the worst, his name is Vijay, our room was booked 10 days ago, we were to wait for 7 hours, he said that the room was not available , we checked in at 7 o'clock in the night and we had to pay the full money. .
