had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at the Hite Bar Camp branch. I went in expecting at least a decent meal, but what I got was beyond disappointing — it was insulting.I ordered a chicken shawarma and was shocked when I unwrapped it. There was barely any chicken inside — literally just a bite or two, if that. The rest was just a soggy mess of tasteless vegetables that had clearly been sitting around too long. The wrap itself was limp and falling apart, making it almost impossible to eat. It felt like they just threw scraps together and called it a shawarma.To make things worse, I also ordered two mango shakes — if you can even call them that. What I got was a bland, watery mixture that tasted like it had never even seen a mango. It was just yellow-colored ice with sugar water. No texture, no fruit, no flavor — just a sad excuse for a beverage that I wouldn’t serve to anyone, even for free. The service matched the food — careless and indifferent. The staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about the quality or the customer. No apology, no offer to replace the food, nothing. It’s as if they’ve just given up on trying.This place is a complete rip-off. The pictures and descriptions on the menu are pure deception. If you're thinking of visiting this branch, don’t waste your time or money. There are street vendors who serve far better food with more hygiene and heart. A place famous for quick, affordable, and yummy burgers, rolls and shwarma. The burgers are packed with fillings and juicy. The chicken burger with cheese and egg was juicy and overflowing with creamy mayo, while the beef burger had a lovely, crispy beef patty in it. Its a delightful place if you're a beef lover.

The service is quick and there's not much to call an atmosphere. Its a quick service joint with 2 or 3 tables and a few plastic stools. Don't expect top-tier hygiene or service here. The idea is to get value-for-money but delicious food, that can also be eaten...

A conspicuous place with mouthwatering dishes. Wallets remain the way they are, unless you act like the ever hungry Joey Tribbiani. The shawarma is a local favourite as far as I've heard and the filling is so sumptuously filling that you'll surely be licking your hands by the end of it.
