Rachana Residency — Hotel in Pune

Worst ever experience with Rachna Residency. The local guy with no manner call himself owner of the residency lodge and if this is so then the owner is literally Gavathi and ethicsless with no moral values. Rachna Residency is nothing but Paisa Lootne Wala lodge. They are having Bar at ground floor where all Bevdas sit on the road side consuming alcohol. This restaurant is not safe for family and female candidates. For 1-2 hours also they charge the full amount of money i.e 1350 for non AC . My is experience is not so good for staying at this lodge. This is not hotel this is the lodge. If you go by private bus then can reach this hotel soon. This is the Only thing about this hotel. This Lodge is not good for families and ladies as there are liquor bar and wine shop at ground floor and some males were having drink on the steps at the vine shop. Over all there is male crowd only inside and outside at the lodge. DISAPPOINTED!!

I booked this hotel for 1100 rupees. While booking, I paid 100 advance so I was supposed to pay 1000 more. Upon reaching the reception, he charged me 1100 totally and said if I don’t pay, he wont let me in. And the 100 rupees advance is going to vain.
