From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and service provided by the staff. Namdeo, Smita, Jyoti, Niraj and Sachin were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. Chef Abhishek and Chef Surya's culinary skills were exemplary, and each meal they prepared was a delightful treat for the taste buds. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft truly made my stay memorable.
I must also commend the leadership of Head Chef Sir Nandi, whose vision and guidance have clearly empowered the entire kitchen staff to deliver nothing short of excellence. We booked a room more than a month in advance through an online booking website primarily to use the nice looking swimming pool (for my kid, we were on a short weekend break in Pune). At the time of checkin (after the payment was collected), we were informed that the pool was out of order which was extremely disappointing and ruined a key feature of our trip. There was no intimation at all about this either while booking or after via email/phone/text (most premier hotels call / contact prior to checkin to gather the itinerary, arrival time etc) The hotel claimed that this was on their website but didn't show this when asked. Then said that they did not inform because the booking was not made via their website which is strange especially since they took the payment upfront and had the credit card info. Why tie-up with other websites if you can't provide standard customer experience. Finally they offered to upgrade the room after we were completely settled into the room booked initially and the child was asleep (we had checked in late evening) We were unable to take up this offer which was anyway besides the point.
