I had a booking for this hotel through Booking.com / Treebo. On reaching the hotel, the receptionist denied having any booking and refused to offer me any room. They said they have no rooms available. I rebooked the same hotel right at that time and I received a confirmation but still the hotel refused. How do you expect a traveller to arrange for an alternate accommodation at the last minute? If the hotel has partnered through apps like Booking.com / Treebo they should honour such bookings and not put guests to inconvenience.

It is great place to stay.. the location of the hotel is very pleasant.. I stayed for a month.. there is no significant problem... Room maintenance is good.. value for money.. go for Deluxe room for best...
