Dollar Jalebi @ Sagar Sweets, Karve Road: For a small get together on weekend we got these awesome Dollar Jalebis from Sagar Sweet Center.They have been these from many years, the name dollar because it's mini round version of Jalebis.Prepared in Desi Ghee I was lucky enough to get them packed directly from Kadhai. These hot piping Jalebis were aptly sweet ( some people might feel sweet level slight on the higher side) and were crispy throughout the entire day. The owner of the shop is shamleas fruad guy. I bought a jalebi Rs. 120 per 250gm. The shop owner said it's a pure ghee(साजुक तूप) Jalebi. He charged Rs. 240 for half kg.

I proudly told my guests at home that I have purchased pure ghi Jalebi for them. But it found to be a normal iold Jalebi.

For Rs. 80 Jalebi, the shopkeeper charged Rs. 240 by speaking lie.

I have not seen such cheater fraud & shameless...

I purchased 1 kg Undhiyoand a pkt of fafda.Undhiyo is not authentic Gujrati style. there were no papdi, methi muthiya, tur dane, wange in it. taste was not good. hing was more. it was mashed. only suran, keli, ratale big big size pcs were seen.
