ITS A SCAM - DO NOT STAY HERE|I dont normally leave reviews but the hotel is nothing like as displayed on here. Ive actually had to report it to booking.com because I dont want anyone else having to deal with this. Firstly you arrive & they force you to cancel your reservation on booking.com and pay them in cash (luckily the cancellation didn't go through properly so I could leave this review - I guess by cancelling before staying it prevents people from reviewing the truth). Then you get to rooms and there's bugs ALL over the floor like everywhere, urine stains on bedsheets etc. Asked to change rooms, was reassured these things would be resolved and new room given - it was exactly the same, staff did not care at all. Most things are broken - sofas, air con, wifi etc. Everything is filthy from bedding to curtains and bathroom. It really isn't fit for purpose and ultimately we had to stay elsewhere it was that unhygienic. Other customers also mentioned how shocked they were at how bad it was and were upset. When asking for refund as we didn't actually use the rooms they refused, the reception staff also refused to let us speak to any managers or anyone. Also the evening staff started trying to charge us for things that the day staff didn't - so felt like they were trying to pocket money from us. Read moreThis is one of the worst hostels I have ever stayed in. The hotel owners do not have a concept of sanitation or room service. They can't even maintain the decent amenities of the room properly. The room is infested with cockroaches and all sorts of insects, the rooms are rarely cleaned, the bedsheets have cigarette holes. They don't give guest soap, towel or water bottle. Plus they charge various guests at various prices.
