Review of Brothers Amritsar Dhaba
During our recent visit to Amritsar, we had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful breakfast at Brothers Amritsar Dhaba. This establishment, a well-known name in the city, has been serving customers for many years, and its legacy is evident in the authenticity and quality of the food. Despite its age, the Dhaba is well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home.
The service was commendable; the staff was courteous, attentive, and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers a wide array of local Punjabi delicacies, but the real stars of the show were the Amritsari Kulcha, Lassi, Puri Chole, and other traditional dishes, each prepared with the perfect blend of spices and flavors that capture the essence of Punjabi cuisine. The Kulchas were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, bursting with delicious fillings, while the Lassi was rich, creamy, and incredibly refreshing.
Additionally, the pricing is very reasonable, offering great value for money considering the quality and quantity of food served. Whether you are a local or a tourist, the Dhaba provides a genuine taste of Amritsar at prices that wonโt break the bank.
The only downside to this place is the parking situation, which can be quite challenging due to its location in a busy area. However, this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked once you sit down and enjoy the flavorful offerings.
Overall, Brothers Amritsar Dhaba is a must-visit for anyone in Amritsar looking to experience traditional Punjabi food in a warm and hospitable setting. Despite the parking issue, the delightful culinary experience and the excellent service make it well...

Food : Laccha paratha,Butter nan ,panner, boondi raita were lip smacking and the best one had ever tasted .. Amritsari food is one of a kind n when a foodie bengali tells you..trust on that ๐ We took 4 executive or jumbo thali and mini thali for 4people and quite a lot food was wasted because we were too full ..but it completely depends on your appetite ..i will attach the pictures for you to get an idea of the quantity...Only one suggestion would be...go for thalis and not ala carte..you will be able to taste all the local flavours of Amritsar and end up spending less than ala carte ....
Ambience : Interiors are designed with mini trucks and there's one seat in the shape of a vintage car giving you the feel of a roadside dhaba...one wall has got all the celebrity pictures who visited the place...only there were 1-2 flies which didn't hover on the food but the ocd self in me spotted them๐
Service : Courteous and attentive...the owners will take your review at the end of dining to upgrade...

Stick to the traditional Punjabi food and you will come back licking your fingers.
Only thing that is really worrying about this place is the rude nature of the staff. It feels as if they react in a way that customer anyhow will come, hospitality doesn't even matter. They really need to incorporate this in their staff members.
