Hotel greenland heights — Hotel in Punjab

Worst experience !! Had booked this hotel for my family trip with high hopes considering it is a 3star hotel . Little did i know this would turn out to be my most frustrating experience . I reached the hotel 1hr before check-in time. *Had booked 2rooms for 7members( family room and deluxe room).since None of the rooms were ready i had to wait for an hour.( no early checkin provided stating “it depends on availability “ ) *no toiletries,towels ,dental kits were provided in either of the rooms n had to repeatedly ask for the same. *Their landlines were not working. *The rooms have poor ventilation .since the windows cant be opened it gets suffocating after a point. *hotel has centralised supply for hot water in the bathrooms.by the time i checked in (1pm) there was no hot water in the taps. Upon repeatedly inquiring by different staffs the only solution they provided was to keep the tap running for 10mins n wait.. hence all of us had to bath in cold water in the month of February . *the hotel has its own kitchen.u can order from their menu n be prepared to wait for an eternity n starve to death. Trust me i waited for 1n half hour for my dinner n every time i called they asked to wait for just 10mins.

• i was offered 20% off on F &B services about which i had inquired from the staff twice during my stay to which they replied that they would consult their senior if that offer will be applicable or not. Upon checkout when i was clearing my bills for food they asked for the exact amount according to their menu. This was the 3rd time i asked for the concession n they instantly told me discounted amount without any issues. So basically they tried the money grabbing tactics till the last even after knowing i was well aware regarding my discount.
• the most important of all .the RECEPTIONIST.. the dusky sardarji handling the reception is rude and has zero sense of talking to the customers. Not suitable for the job. Do not trust their reviews .they are all paid ones. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .dont waste ur money. I had spent 15k on the stay n regret every rupee spent here. I have attached the pics n u can decide by urself if this hotel is worth 3star...

I stayed for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding nature — perfect for a peaceful getaway.

The hotel’s location is ideal — calm and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions. I especially enjoyed the early morning view from the balcony; it was truly refreshing. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals with a good mix of local and continental options. Breakfast was fresh and served on time every day.

Housekeeping was prompt, and everything from the bed linens to the bathroom amenities was well maintained. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and ample parking space.

Overall, Greenland Height Hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Looking forward to...

A good hotel to stay for a short duration on a low-medium budget. Room that I was allotted was good. Beds and other furniture were good. Had a mini fridge too. However the hand shower attached to the commode was leaking. The handle of the main shower and the tap too came out on pulling gently for opening the tap. These defects do require attention of the hotel management. The hotel does not have its own restaurant facility. Given the shortage of parking facility in the areas near by Golden Temple, its definitely an advantage that the hotel offers parking space for 4 / 5 cars. The location of the hotel is good considering the fact its very near to Golden Temple, Jalian Wala Baugh, Partition Museum etc. and the on the main road.
