HOTEL KOZZY (BNB) — Hotel in Punjab

I stayed here when I arrived in India, so it’s my first impression on a hotel / homestay here. The place itself is good, nothing special. It was very cold but its winter so it’s not really their fault. The hot water was hard to manage, you need to shower quick. The problem of the room was you can’t aerate it so it’s very humid in it, even if you open the window but it’s cold outside so you can’t really leave it open all day. I felt safe staying here, it’s in a small street leading to a big one. Not too far from city center but it takes time to go in and out everytime.

About cleaning, not the best not the worst. Sheets had stains, but floor was very clean. The bathroom had no smell, but the floor looked a bit dirty.

The food was good, we arrived late so we liked that you can eat inside the room.

The owner was also nice to make us keep the booking even if we arrived 3 days later because we missed our flight. It was very nice of him. He asked to take pictures with him in front of the hotel. We talked to him a bit, he speaks good enough English to have a conversation.

Overall, if you don’t mind the location, then it can be a good option. Mind you the owner asked us to put an review of 5 stars when we left, he even wanted to see on our phone the review, so my partner did it both on Google and the...

They need to maintain cleanliness of their rooms which is lagging the most

During my stay I have observed below issues which should be addressed ASAP,

-Buckets & Mugs are too old and dirty, they should be replaced of all rooms.

-Floor of the most of the washrooms are not clean

-Blankets & Bedsheets are not clean too, they should be cleaned properly before the checkin

-No hanging for clothes for most of the rooms.

-Rooms are smelling with water sync issues

Please do look at these points, I had changed my room during the stay and still the other room was having the same issue.
