Had a worst experience, reached after travelling 12hr road trip just to discover they don’t have a room for us. In fact the booking was prepaid they didn’t even bothered to call us advising that we don’t have a room. But funny part they had rooms which they choose to give to a big group that arrived last minute. Staff unaware of what’s happening, advised don’t have rooms but wait for a bit will figure something out. Waited for an hour, spoke to there Manager, was given an occupied room which was another disappointment. Then we were told they only have suite and they can’t give us that room because we booked standard room and there’s a price difference. “ Hello... I will book the room which I will see available. Booking was done through MMTC” They could have said that earlier when we arrived but they didn’t. Another surprise came up when I agreed to pay extra money without any question but room was still dirty, had to wait till they clean it. NOT IMPRESSED!
