Cafe Delish — Restaurant in Punjab

Really disappointed with the experience. I recently booked a lunch kitty with Mr Ajay and Ms Kuldeep from their team. On the day of kitty both of these members were missing from the premises and things committed were not served. Charged more than the promised amount per head. We had to pay more for below average food quality and poor service; imagine when welcome drink being served after desserts. A hotel with this kind of stature is never expected to fall below it's standard and provide a substandard experience to it's customers. Seems like they are operating with interns and not a permanent qualified staff. This happened earlier as well but was ignored. The promised deal was denied on the day of the show....

Booked through zomato with 50% discount. The staff are good and courteous. Mr Lingaraj tried his best but the food was not good at all. Dnt know about a la carte, but this Sunday brunch buffet completely misses many aspects of food preparation. Fish, chicken tikka average taste. Jalebi was good but got cold. Pathetic food poor service. I went there for dinner buffet with my family on 23rd April 2025 booked through swiggy dineout. Food quality is pathetic snacks were over oily like they filled oil in the snacks. No flavour in any dishes. Road side food is better than this. Service is also very poor.
