Hotel Bhanwar Haveli — Hotel in Rajasthan

This stay seemed like it was going to be a good place to stay when we first walked into the hotel and the room we stayed in. How wrong we both were…… the ac in the room did not work, the mattress was as old as the nearby fort. The room was clean and the bathroom was actually nice with a good shower but ac is essential for stays in this heat. As it is a bit of a walk from the city one day we were starving and went to the restaurant on the roof, the place served food and looked like it was frozen in the time of the dinosaurs it was filthy and the food was terrible. My girlfriend needed to use the bathroom on the day we were checking out and we had checked out of our room, she was pointed towards this dark filthy toilet beside the reception and couldn’t use it in the state it was in. So she was told to use one in the rooms and it was one of the staff members room and it had whiskey bottles and condoms all over the bathroom while the staff member was still in the room. Total Disaster – Avoid Shree Bhanwar Haveli at All Costs! Calling Shree Bhanwar Haveli a “hotel” is an insult to real hotels. My family and I travelled all the way from Gujarat, expecting at least basic hospitality, but what we got was a nightmare. Our confirmed booking was cancelled on the very day we were supposed to check in — no prior notice, no apology, nothing. The staff couldn’t care less and behaved as if ruining our trip was part of their daily routine.

It honestly feels like Shree Bhanwar Haveli is running a SCAM — accepting bookings just to cancel them at the last moment and leave guests helpless. The management is clueless, the staff are rude, and customer service is a complete joke.

1 star just for the hotel building decor they maintained and otherwise not even deserved this rating. It was worse experience. The rooms were stinky. No ventilation for one of the rooms we received. The bed quality was VERY WORST. It seems they have bought 2nd hand mattress for their hotel. It felt like no foam inside the mattress but just the springs. Pillow covers were not clean. Stains on the blanket and pillow covers. Towel not provided. Took extra charges for extra matress repeatedly asked for matress but they had not provided. Gyser what working but plumbing problem was there hot water was coming very slowly. Very unhygienic. The lighting was also very dim. There was no vibe at all. We were feeling very uneasy. Persons were there at reception and room service and housekeeping were very rude. Very worst and bad experience. The location of the hotel also was not good. Not at all...
