I stayed at Hotel Heritage Haveli in Jaisalmer and was really impressed with the value for money. The rooms are clean, budget-friendly, and give a true heritage haveli feel without being expensive. The staff was polite and very helpful, always making sure we were comfortable.

One of the best parts of my trip was booking the Desert Safari through the hotel. The package included a camel ride, jeep safari, cultural program, and dinner under the stars – all well-organized and at a very reasonable cost. It was truly the highlight of my visit!

Hotel Heritage Haveli is a wonderful Jaisalmer experience that should not be missed. The location is conveniently close to the fort and the bazaar, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the rooftop restaurant offers delicious meals with a fantastic view of the magnificent Jaisalmer fort. This hotel is nice, but seems to also go under the name Hotel Gaji so check the reviews there as well! All the reviews are really positive here so I was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Even though the staff are very nice and friendly, the hotel itself feels over priced for what you get in terms of customer service. No complimentary breakfast/or even tea, no hand towels in the bathroom, lacking toiletries (one 10ml shampoo for 2 people over 2 nights), no turnover service of the rooms etc. We had to ask for water each day.
