Worst Experience at Kotwal Haveli, Jaisalmer – Highly Disappointed!

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at Kotwal Haveli, Jaisalmer, booked through @bharatbooking.com. Reached around 8:30 PM, and from the very start, the experience was terrible.

1️⃣ Difficult to Locate: The hotel is in an improper location, making it hard to find. 2️⃣ Unwelcoming Reception: The staff was not friendly or helpful upon arrival. 3️⃣ Filthy & Unhygienic Rooms: The rooms were dirty, dustbins full of insects, and an unbearable smell. Even after changing rooms, the condition remained the same. 4️⃣ No Ventilation & Dirty Bathrooms: The washrooms had filthy toilet seats, mugs, and buckets with a disgusting smell. 5️⃣ Malfunctioning Facilities: The TV didn't work, the AC was not functioning properly, and overall, the stay was uncomfortable. 6️⃣ Unhygienic Dining Area: The entrance to the dinner area was unclean, and the seating was just as bad. 7️⃣ Unwashed Bedding: Pillows and bedsheets were not properly cleaned, making it difficult to rest.

The entire night was sleepless, just waiting to check out in the morning. This has been my worst hotel experience to date.

We had booked the family suite for two nights after seeing the reviews. But we were shocked to see the condition of the approach road, the lobby, room, kitchen as nothing makes it a 3 star property. You go through a small gully to get to the hotel, a very small lobby surrounded by rooms. The check in was not smooth as they did not have our booking information. || Room was okay but bedsheets, pillow covers were not changed and they were not clean. Bathrooms did not have hot water in end December. There was a large group staying and they had brought their own kitchen and their equipments and utensils were all over the place in the kitchen and we did not have any clue how to have our breakfast. After complaining to the manager,something was arranged after an hour. There was no support for booking the safari and we went to the market to book it on our own. Overall a disappointing stay in a very average hotel after paying a price for 3...
