OYO 10289 Hotel Pearl Palace — Hotel in Rajasthan

Very very dangerous experience... Fake hotel, for the sake of hotel industry.. Total misbehaving staff... Height of unprofessionalism... Untrained staff & arrogant owner.. Owner is the leader of all culprit.. I hv visited there on 4th nov. No one can find the hotel easily because building is full of shop & all.only one gallery shows the path to enter in hotel. (i)Room was small. (ii)No geyser working. (iii)Washbasin drainage was choked. (iv)Switch of air duct was out of the room(not accessible ). (iv)No telephone working. (v)Ceiling fan was striking with ceiling.(huge noise occur when switch on). (vi)Very slow water coming in Tap.

And the worst part is misbehaving by owner & staff member in midnight.They have forced us to check out in midnight.owner dont have the patience to wait upto next morning.They have called the police for paying extra occupancy. It was very awkward moment for any family to face who have come to...

mr garuav shau ji you book hotel for single person but you stay 2 person in single booking nd you are saying hotel mistake sir if you know there many problem why your room in hotel why you don't cancel your booking nd the main reason is that you don't wnt to give money when staff asked for money you are saying that i am not giving money for ext person you are making useless...

I have stay more then 20 -30 times a'll time ok get osm stay no problem in hotel nd staff was very fast in sevice nd in budget I recommcont only hotel pearl palace iota no other hotel is up to the mark...
