Mr.Tea Cafe-Upar — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Review Date 19th June 2021. This place is overhyped in kota. Ambience is decent. Food was also decent. One should try out there Tadka Pizza . Its good & worth trying. One thing I did not liked about this place. They did not kept the sauce bottle & oregano/chili flakes dispensers on table. I have to ask them to get me ketchup. And they gave 1-2 rupee local sauce sachets. I don't expect such a cafe to do this. Also when I asked them for oregano/chilli flakes they simply ok. But they never bought me the oregano/chili flakes.Current Waiter staff is not trained enough. They don't know what will be toppings for particular pizza. They directly call the chef to answer any such questions. Another issue is that they don't serve us regular water. They kept bottled water on table . When my friends asked them about the regular water. They refused , and said we don't keep regular water. Seriously this is not expected...

This is one of the finest cafe in Kota. They have been consistent in providing good taste and nice ambiance. I visited this place about a week ago. The food was as usual great and budget friendly. The interior is also good however i felt that the previous one was far more better. The hall setup looked like a cheap-ripped off version of the previous, more colorful setup. But, if you are visiting for the first time, you wouldn't notice any difference. I do have one suggestion tho - the cafe should employ young staff members. The reason why I'm saying this is because there were literally uncles serving food. It made me uncomfortable because 1) it doesn't feel very good because they're elder to us. 2) THEY KEPT STARING. if you go w a date or your partner, their judgemental stares are enough to make you want to leave the place...

It was reallly a nice to hang out... Or jst to sit alone n think Or chill alone. Or either with family also... So overall d ambience is quite suitable for every mood. Nw coming to d food I wld say... D menu is quire cool n d dishes are well planned... N they r lip smacking. I dnt eat momos bt my brother lvs Afgani momos alot of Mr tea cafe upar. Also d pastas are really good bt less spicy.. U can always add more chilli flakes to adjust ur spice 🌶. D Ghachar pachar sandwich is d signature sandwich der. N d cold coffee wid icecream cones in a huge glass n very tasty. So overall it's one of d best place in d heart of kota which is gumanpura to hang...
