The Second Wife — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I'm generally not in favor of giving restaurants cruel ratings unless there is some major flaw in their service or food. This restaurant will treat you like your step-wife, which is a pun on its name, "Second Wife". I am sharing my experience so that the restaurant also gets an opportunity to improve through feedback.

*The receptionist didn't bother to answer your queries , like availability of seats. (I asked for 2 times but he didn't reply but kept staring at his screen) *I was not offered a menu until I asked for it 2 times. (Menu was untidy) *Asked multiple times for salt and paper napkins then it was served. *Jar of pickle was very untidy and empty. *I was so confused because nobody was bothering to take our order for a long 10-20 minutes. *I was not offered water till my food was arrived. (Which took almost half hour with 2 dishes missing) *The waiters started teaching me that I didn't order those missing dishes when I asked for those missing dishes. 😅 *I am fond of crispy Tandoori roti I asked for the same, roti given to us were nowere near crispy. *partially food was served after a long delay and was not too good as well.

May have been here during peak hour of a busy day. But due to being in the category of a fine dining restaurant or due to charging so much money from the customer, Some checklist in terms of a customer satisfaction should be strictly followed. Worst restaraunt of Kota, poorest service, very very congested, we also got fooled by the deco and ambience we saw on google images. We went on to celebrate my parents marriage anniversary, they almost spoiled it. Their service was haphazard and mismanaged, they also spilled burning hot sizzler on a lady on our next table and the owner was so impolite that she didn't even say sorry. When confronted by lady and her family she still was arrogant and kept on repeating "restaraunt is not congested fault is of the waiter" rudely. The worst restorant i have ever been Even the roadside dhaba has better standards Yesterday like every saturday evening i was looking for a restaurant for me along with my wife And thought to visit the second wife as I had heard a lot about it But that was the worst decision we had made so far.
