Traveler beware. For the amount of money you are paying you will find much better lodgings elsewhere. This hotel while visually pleasant outside is in dire need for renovation when it comes to bedrooms. Not only are the rooms old and worn but the lack of cleanliness is something that makes someone wonder why you would even want to stay here. We reserved 3 rooms for our recently family trip, upon check in 2 of the rooms had hair in the bathtubs which clearly showed they weren’t adequately cleaned, a broken ironing board, and a shower that wouldn’t close along with the most disgusting sewer smell. Maintenance and housekeeping were unhelpful asking us to leave our room unlocked and open so they could come and go as they please. We decided to move our belongings into another room while they fixed the bathroom shower door and had housekeeping clean the bathroom. We returned after two hours and were told by the manager the shower was fixed and that the bathroom was cleaned. Neither was true, upon calling management again we were told a housekeeper would be there in 5 minutes. When they came all she did was spray cleaner on a rag and give a wipe down of the tub not even a thorough cleaning. The shower door was still broken to the point that showering would flood the entire bathroom with water. So the manager Saurav said he would change our room and put us in a smaller room than we paid for and refused to refund us the difference or upgrade because he claimed there was no other rooms available in the hotel. We decided to check out early and stay somewhere else. Besides the rooms the rooftop hotel is extremely slow when comes to service prioritizing foreign tourists as they seem to feel that they will give better tips than those who appear to look as domestic travelers. Our first and only night eating dinner there we asked for dal with rice which took over 1 hour to come from the kitchen. If wasting money and poor service are on your list than radisson blu is the perfect place for you.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Palace, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Right from the beginning, the staff impressed me. The check-in process was smooth, and I was attended by Ms. Dipika (Guest Relationship Manager), who was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. The staff in general is excellent — always available within seconds whenever you need assistance. We were welcomed with drinks and some lovely sweets in the room, which was a thoughtful touch and tasted amazing. The breakfast spread was outstanding. Everything I tried was delicious — from different sections to desserts, the chefs truly deserve appreciation for the quality and taste. Why I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5: the property does need some maintenance to truly live up to the 5-star standard. The rooms, especially, show signs of wear and tear — for example, the bathtub wasn’t spotless (found some hair), and the fittings/taps felt a bit old. Small details like cleaning and upkeep matter a lot to me, and this is an area for improvement. Another minor issue: the room decoration note had my name mentioned incorrectly as Mr. instead of Ms., which shows attention to detail could be improved. Overall though, the hospitality, food, and staff courtesy were exceptional, and that made our stay memorable. With a little more focus on property maintenance and finer details, this place can easily feel like a true 5-star experience.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at [Hotel Radisson blu reaort and spa /Neel mahal] was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the heart of [udaipur malla talai areas], this gem truly exceeded all our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home right away. Throughout our stay/visit, they were attentive, professional, and always eager to help with anything we needed, whether it was recommending local spots, arranging transportation, or just offering a friendly chat. Special thanks to [mr, Pravin] who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. The [room /meal] was equally impressive. [If reviewing a hotel: The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the stunning view of [landmark/nature feature] was a treat.] [If reviewing a restaurant: Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. Fresh ingredients, unique combinations, and authentic taste made our meal unforgettable.] [If reviewing an attraction: The tour was well-organized, informative, and filled with breathtaking sights. It felt like every moment was curated to offer the best experience.]

Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a disastrous stay at this hotel, where I paid a whopping ₹30,000 for a single night. The experience was an unmitigated disaster, with a plethora of issues that made my stay utterly frustrating.

Firstly, despite booking a superior deluxed room,I was given a twin bed also it was not even cleaned there were hairs lying long hair strainds on the bed and my request to change rooms was denied, with the hotel claiming they were sold out mentioning their 90% hotel is twin bed do you think this is a valid reason or i am mad that i believe in this i have stayed in these A rated properties before and never seen twin beds in the entire hotel and said there are 5-6 arrivals are left and as a paying customer, it's not my problem that they're oversold; it's their responsibility to provide the services I paid for.

To add insult to injury, I booked a garden view room but was instead given a room in the basement with a stair view. The lack of attention to detail was staggering. There were no bathrobes, no slippers, and even the coffee-making sachets provided as amenities were torn and appeared used.

The rooms were malfunctioning, with a person in the adjacent room shouting in frustration. When he approached the staff, the manager Saurav, he was more interested in berating the shouting guest than addressing the issue. His comment, "I want to beat this man” to the another girl manager on call I listened that and it was shocking and unacceptable.

The shower wasn't working properly, with low water pressure, and the washroom flush was also malfunctioning. To top it all off, there were no hand wash provided.

At checkout, I requested my luggage to be brought to the reception, but it took an hour to arrive, despite repeated requests. When I spoke to the manager again, she was dismissive and rude, shouting at her assistants to attend to other customers while ignoring me.

What struck me as particularly disturbing was the blatant partiality shown to foreign guests, who were welcomed with caps and fanfare, while Indian guests like myself were treated with disdain.

I'm not surprised to see fake reviews and 5-star ratings on this hotel's page, as the staff are known to insist on taking your phone and filling in glowing reviews themselves. In fact, I had to edit this review myself, as the staff had filled in a 5-star rating without my consent.

In conclusion, avoid this hotel at all costs. The management is incompetent, the staff is rude, and the facilities are subpar. Don't waste your money on this disaster of a hotel.

Also now the default message of Amisha will arrive that they will look into this issue so no guys they don’t look into all that they are fake and dont book this hotel and...

During my recent stay at Radisson Blu Udaipur, the dining experience exceeded all expectations and truly elevated my visit. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The buffet spread at Neel Mahal was impressive, offering a wide variety of Indian and international dishes. Each item was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with a special mention to the live cooking counters that added a fresh, interactive element to the meal.

The flavors were authentic, with spices and ingredients that reflected both local Rajasthani culture and global cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the Laal Maas, which was rich, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. Their dessert section deserves applause as well – the traditional Indian sweets were divine, especially the Malpua and Gulab Jamun.

The service was equally commendable. Staff were attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable, often going out of their way to ensure dietary preferences and personal tastes were met.

Dining at Radisson Blu Udaipur is more than just eating – it’s an experience of flavors, ambiance, and top-tier hospitality. Whether you’re a food enthusiast or just looking for a great meal during your stay, this is a destination that should not be missed.I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed warm hospitality and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the soft lighting to the well-equipped minibar and work desk.

One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to both international and local tastes. The in-house restaurant and room service were also impressive — both in quality and promptness.

The hotel’s location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and business centers. Facilities like the fitness center, spa, and pool were well-maintained and added a luxurious touch to the stay.

Overall, Radisson Blu delivered on its promise of comfort, class, and top-notch service. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay with thoughtful...

Dear Radisson Blu Resort Udaipur Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your resort. Despite the high price point, our experience was marred by numerous issues with the room, amenities, and staff.

Room Condition:

The room was in a state of disrepair, with broken and cracked glass everywhere. The wardrobe was falling apart, making it difficult to use. The curtains were literally falling off their hooks, and nobody bothered to fix them. The doors did not shut properly.

Amenities:

Slippers were out of stock, and the housekeeping manager informed us that they were unavailable. There was only one bottle opener available in the entire hotel, and we were told to call for one every time we needed to open a bottle. The bathrobe was torn, with a large chunk missing, as if bitten by a rat.

Bathroom Issues:

The bathroom was plagued by mould and hard water stains on all the faucets. The bathroom stank of sewer, making it unbearable to use. The plumbing in both our rooms was defective, resulting in flooded bathrooms.

Service Issues:

When we asked for extra glasses from room service, they refused to provide them, asking us to reuse the same glasses instead. We were refused glasses for 4 people in room dining in our suite. Housekeeping told us to wash the glasses ourselves and reuse them instead of sending new ones. Some staff members lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, making our stay even more unpleasant.

Overall Experience:

For the price we paid, this stay has been absolutely horrible. The numerous issues we faced made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the food, which was excellent.

I hope that you will take our feedback seriously and take immediate action to address the maintenance and staffing issues that are so clearly evident. Every other person at the reception seems to be complaining about the state of the rooms and the service.

PS I am willing to provide pictures of a few things which...
