Review for Shahibag Resort (near Fatehsagar):

Very disappointing experience. The hotel mentions 12 PM checkout on Google and other platforms, but forced us to check out at 10 AM without any flexibility. Service was extremely poor — no priority given to guests and no courtesy from staff.

The rooftop restaurant was another bad experience. If you wish to sit late at night with your own drink, they demand ₹500 extra charges, which makes no sense. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Even though the restaurant was still open, they refused to serve us meals and did not take responsibility.

We tried discussing these issues with the hotel owner (Bhanwarsinh) and the restaurant manager (Digvijaysinh), but instead of helping, they were equally rude and dismissive.

Rooms were also below standard — no proper room service, bathroom was unclean, balcony dirty, and interiors very ordinary despite being called a resort. They promised basic rooms but did not even provide basic amenities.
