An Honest Review – Disappointing Hotel Services Despite Good Location and Rooms

While the rooms are decent and the location is convenient, that alone is not enough to justify staying at this hotel. For many travelers who cover thousands of kilometers—often over 6000 km—seeking a relaxing, memorable stay with their loved ones, good service is just as important as a clean room or prime location.

Unfortunately, the service at this hotel falls well below acceptable standards—not even close to a 1-star experience. Guests should feel welcomed and supported, not frustrated or ignored. Our experience involved ongoing issues that were never properly acknowledged or addressed by the hotel staff.

During our client’s stay, there was an unannounced event happening at the property, which caused major inconvenience. No prior information was given, and when we raised the issue, there was a complete lack of accountability. I personally spoke to the hotel manager, Bhupinder, who assured me that the hotel’s General Manager would reach out to our client or at least respond via email.

Days have passed, follow-ups have been made, and yet—no call, no email, and now even Bhupinder has stopped responding entirely. This kind of disregard for guest concerns is extremely disappointing, especially for international travelers who rely heavily on a smooth and respectful experience.

Sadly, this careless attitude has left a very poor impression—not just on our client, but also on us as a travel service provider. It's clear that this hotel is relying on volume through booking platforms rather than building any kind of genuine guest loyalty or reputation.

I would strongly advise against offering or recommending this hotel, especially to overseas guests. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and until the hotel’s management takes responsibility and starts treating guests with respect, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I still hope someone from the hotel’s senior team will step up and take this complaint seriously—but so far, the silence...
