Hotel Shivaay is a fantastic hotel in terms of cleanness, decoration, hotel management, management department's behaviour, other staffs attitude and behaviour all other staffs. We find their hotel from OYO. We stayed 4 days in their hotel and our satisfaction level is 100/100 because of their service. The hotel is in a good location also.If you consider the road from "Lakhsman Jhula" to "Haridwar" then the position is in the middle of this road. Moreover restaurants are available from hotel, you can easily go outside and find 5/6 restaurants, juice shops infront of the hotel.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Uttarakhand Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and Receptionist, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant staff deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience||The second day we did a Vindvasni trekking which was guided by sorabh, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. sorabh is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the Vindvashni trekking. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end...

Great hotel servicing with no problems faced apart from the rooms itself and the food of the hotel. The service was great in many ways, such as when we faced mosquitoes, we called upon the reception and they sprayed our room for us, and many other times whenever we called, they responded.

I just wish the rooms were a little more cleaner and better, although this might just be for some rooms. Other than that, the food of the hotel itself was okayish and not that great, in other words average, but there are many great restaurants nearby which you can surely checkout.
