Purnima Resort Neil Island — Hotel in Shaheed Dweep

I want to give 0 star to this property because of thier staff behaviour.. they don't know how to behave with a woman I went with my husband but the person in reception have a very rough attitude in spite of most of the amenities written could not be provided by them.. They threatens to make your holiday bitter.. They threaten you to get out of the property at night if you make any complain... Wifi does not work secondly TV does not work thirdly they provide AC that does not work and towels are too much dirty ... They provide small rooms but upload pictures of big spacious rooms in all the apps like MMT, goIbibo, Agoda etc. you don't even get the chance to say anything and if you do so then the property owner gathers local people and start fight with the guest... No one expects to be treated like this from a literate person but unfortunately the person who sits in reception or the lady who makes food does not have enough literacy... If you complain about TV not working or Wifi not working then they will ask you to adjust or leave the property without any refund... Basically they are looting people in daylight... Don't go to this property otherwise you will face the same consequences... Instead go to the Neha palace property which is a 5 star property according to me and they know how to...

I could not give 0 star because the option is not provided otherwise I would have given -ve rating to this hotel.. They don't know how to behave with a guest.. they are very very rude... Particularly the person at reception desk and one lady behaved rudely even if their tv and wifi was not working... Very very bad experience.. not at all recommended... Many other hotels (Neha palace just beside this) are there try those ones and avoid this hotel... The towel they provided is dirty... Overall experience is toooo badddd... They will ask you to adjust even after you have paid money to book this hotel... They don't understand that if a person has paid money then they have to provide the service to the guests, no one is staying there for free... They took full 2 days rent but I could only stay their for half a day and they did not give any refund... I had to walk out of this hotel with my wife at night due to their mis behaviour ... They need to learn to behave before accepting any guest... Very much needed for...

I booked it because the reviews were so good but I was very very disappointed. The hosts were very bad. They don't provide all the breakfast menu. I understand that it's a small property but you should not give the menu if you don't have anything from it. And when asked why they said that breakfast time is over and it was only 8:30 and next day when we were there at 7:30 they still didn't have anything other than Parathas. Now wait for their last hospitality, when we checked out they were so eager to send us off. Our ferry was at 1pm and we checked out on time but we just kept our luggage at their reception but they were like literally trying to send us off. And if you think I'm overreacting, all the rooms were empty like every single room was empty. They destroyed our Neil Island tour. When I remember Neil Island, I only remember this bad hospitality. And lastly the showers...
