Hotel Suprabhatam — Hotel in Sikkim

This hotel is situated in development area in gangtok. It's quite far from M.G. marg ( Mall road). You will need a taxi to reach the M.G Marg takes about 60 rupees. I booked a super deluxe room. The room was okay with a good view. ||The room was never cleaned in my stay of 6 days. The bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty. The hotel doesn't offers room service, you can't eat anything in the room not even outside food, they have a so called restaurant but you don't get a decent food there only dal, chawal bengali style. You will never receive dinner before 9:30 pm if you have to get up early in the morning next day. The bathroom has a geyser which only works between 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning, rest of the time they will keep it switched off, the taps in the bathroom were so slow it takes half an hour to fill a small bucket. The room service boys were most lethargic I have ever experienced. The hotel doesn't offer any laundry service and they even doesn't let's you wash yourself.||Overall it's the worst mistake I made by paying the total amount of 6 days in advance while booking and I couldn't leave...

Worst experience we have ever faced in our life.. According to the package we were supposed to be provided a ride at around 8:00 am but we got the same at 1:00 PM. On top, our room were shifted from suprabhatam to another low budgeted hotel. When the same grievances were relayed to the hotel owner and his misses, both of them treated us in worst of the behaviour. Hotel owner threatened us under the aegis of local police and pushed my fiancee during the tussle. We had no choice but to make an unnecessary expense from our end. Believe me, you would never want to check-in and have the same experience...

very very rude behaviour ,,,, third class hotel, they don't even know how to tret guest when they are receiving a tour family from pelling, they don't even consider that people are coming from far place they are travelling from morning 7 am to night 8 with 65 year age and 2.5 yr old child...they don't even provide them minimum washroom at first, they even told us to leave the hotel right away, is this the way they are considering people from too far..... it's like they are throughing us out even though we are paying them....i do not...
