This hotel is located exactly at Air view more, super easy place to locate and super convenient place. We booked this hotel for my brother's wedding for 5 days, I will share my experience here. I will talk about hotel service,room and foods here. So 1st room -there are 2 types of rooms. 1st type is 1800and royal room is 2400. At the price of 1800 what you get is really well. Room quality is good. 2 beded rooms and if you are 3 members an extra cot will be there and that will be charged. But the rooms are well maintained, everyday the rooms are being cleaned. They offer new towel, soap, brush,paste every day. Which I liked the most is they change towel everyday.. ❤️ That's a need. Bathrooms are totally clean Electric kettle is there in every room. Coffee,tea,sugar milk is also there in the room. You can make whatever you want. For rooms in cold areas electric kettle is must I think. And a small fridge is there. You can store any drink.

Service - their service is very good. Anytime you need anything you can call reception or house keeping. All the staffs are friendly and their behaviour is very good.

Food - They have their own restaurant and they serves totally Bengali food in kasar thala bati. You will love this. This restaurant is famous for its bengali dishes. Their food quality and hospitality is very good. Thry also serve breakfast. We stayed there for 5 days. All the floors were booked for an occasion by us. They served us breakfast every morning. That was also very good. Our breakfast was luchi,alur dom, egg, banana, tea/coffee and 1 sweet. Or bread butter. May be breakfast,meal,dinner everything was included in our package.. But the quality was good and the staffs are also. They became our friends after staying 5 days.

One more thing they have big hallway, decorated with sofas. So if 2-3 families are going for a trip and want to do chit chat/ adda at evening time or any time this hallway is the best. Or if just someone want to have some me time, bting your laptop,earpod to the hallway,enjoy your time with your coffee or tea, home service will give you. Another good thing is this hotel has lift🤩🤩🤩 And hongkong market is just 10 minutes from the hotel😊😊 They have a big parking lot. 8-9 cars can be parked. They have garden for reception purpose, like for marriage reception ir any event. You can only book their reception lot. And for any type of event happens on their hotel they can serve their own food. For us sangeet mrhendi party dinner was served by them. Their &s hotel food.

This hotel is best. I am supper happy with their service. So the people staying at Siliguri they can book this for marriage or reception party or any type of event. And obviously for tourists you will have a happy...

Booked the hotel through makemytrip.com's flight+hotel deal. However, I was prepared in the event the hotel was not good and I was no disappointed. The basic room is called "Luxury a/c", wonder if the hotel knows what that word means. we were in transit for a day so booked this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I wanted to check the room. They said the room is yet to be prepared. Yet I just wanted to check the cleanliness of the room. I was taken to a floor, where there was hardly any lights and therefore the hallway/corridor was dark. when i was shown the room, it was dirty/dusty and the beds were torn or eaten by bed monsters. Horrible condition. We did not check in and did a quick turnaround. the register hardly had any families plus there were 2 businessmen drunk and fighting in the lobby. Looks like a place where you dont take families. we check afterwards into another hotel that at least didnt advertized its basic rooms as "Luxury". Thats an...

Navigating to this place was & is challenging for new bees to the city. Staff was good and straight to the point. One of the room service was sticky & irritating for his tip but we did give him handsome tip. We felt rooms were like little congested but altogether it was good stay for us.

Hotel has restaurant which offers only authentic bengali food which was challenging for us hence had to settle with Roti and Paneer curry. If you are good to bengali style food then you can have food here else suggest to go out for...
